We used PuroClean of SA NW to dry out our kitchen and adjacent areas after a water leak did quite a bit of damage. The dry out team was pretty good. They showed up regularly and on time. They even found a leak the plumber from a different company failed to locate. My biggest complaint with this company was the quality of the workmanship for the restoration and their attempt to charge for work they did not perform. Project manager Blake and contractor Rudy were assigned to us. Rudy removed one side of a gate leading from the family room to the dining area in order to replace dry wall and trim. The replacement trim was 1/4" higher than the original trim so he chose to overlap the gate post on top of the new trim. Thus, the post was not flush to the wall and this also caused one side of the gate to be approximately 1/2" higher than the other side of the gate. He installed a door frame in a small pantry area a good 1/2 to 1" higher than the door frame on the perpendicular wall. He reinstalled a cabinet drawer facing crooked. They used paint with primer but charged like they primed the walls separately. Laundry room trim, inside of laundry door, and door frame were not painted but they charged for it and argued that they had painted it. They tried to bill for removing two rooms of furniture they never touched. They had several charges for protecting flooring with plastic and tape when all they did was move a tarp from area to area. They chipped a kitchen floor tile. AND I do not believe the $2k plus they charged for supporting a granite counter top with 2 x 4s was at all warranted. We had to ask Rudy to replace dry wall that had been removed from behind the dishwasher during the dry out process and then had to ask him to paint the replaced dry wall behind the dishwasher and fridge. After I refused to allow them to refinish our kitchen cabinets, I entered the kitchen and found a worker applying polyurethan to the outside of an attached cabinet door. I demanded he stop but he continued until my husband told him to quit. Blake the project manager came in and told me that the insurance company required them to restore the cabinets to look the same as the cabinet area they had replaced. No cleaning, no stripping, just applying polyurethan to the outside of an attached cabinet door. The cabinet refinishing was a $4000 plus job that required much more time and effort than applying polyurethan. We refused to allow them to "refinish" the cabinets. The project manager showed up each day but I don't believe he provided adequate guidance or supervision to ensure all the repairs were completed and that those that were completed were done to a high standard.

Ivan was the most helpful during my problematic situation! Was quick to respond to my problem and gave me a solution that fixed all my worries! I will be using Puroclean in the future.

The admin team, project managers, and on-site workers were professional, trustworthy, and communicated during a difficult transition to normalcy from a house fire. The admin team worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The repair team did a phenomenal job and scheduling with the project managers was a breeze. The AR team was thorough and consistent. I would definitely select Puro Clean for any future jobs as I had a positive experience. The finish out looked great! They completed minimal electric work, door replacements, sheetrock repair and replacement. The popcorn ceiling was removed and made flat. They also replaced sheetrock and floated uneven portions of the ceiling leaving a uniform clean look. A house repaint was completed, including baseboards, doors, and window sills. It was a thorough job from start to finish including the haul off of debris and a general clean.

We had an incredible experience working with PuroClean. The team was immediately responsive, professional, and invaluable to our project. Raymond and Josh picked up all of our debris quickly and efficiently, completing the job on time and EXACTLY as promised. Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable services.

PuroClean took care of my ceiling quickly from the beginning to the very end! Our drip pan from our A/C was broken, causing a leak. Thankful for all those that helped take care of our home; Marc, Jesse, Matthew, especially Rudy and Blake Staner!

We had a slow leak that was coming from our foundation (didn’t notice this until 11pm on a Tuesday night) and Puro Clean literally responded in 30-40 min with their dehumidifiers and fans to prevent any microbrial growth! As my wife and myself went through the process recovering from the water damage, we met our Project Manager Ray Parra. Ray was unique on his approach in obtaing results. Ray gave a completion date of December 2nd. Through Ray's network of skilled talent, he orchestrated an achievement that we very seldom see. Ray is an over achiever!!! When Ray saw opportunity to overlap skilled tradesmen, he took it. In my perception, I measured his performance with his results. In short, we moved back into out house before Thanksgiving, 8 days ahead of schedule. Altough he is a young family man, his work ethic is "old school". It was much appreciated. Thank you Ray..!!!
