After our house flooded I was just heartbroken. I didn't know if or when things would ever be back to normal. Perilous Times got out to us right away and greatly minimized the damage. They got the ball rolling immediately, and thanks to them our house is restored again and we have our beautiful home back!

We came home from a wedding to find our house completely flooded from a busted pipe. We called at 9pm on a Sunday and they had someone out and working within an hour. The guys were courteous and respectful and worked fast.

I was happy with thhe service we recieved from Prime Time Restoration. They were very helpful and the customer service was great. I would like to thank Sierra for always keeping me inform through out the process.

I had two experiences with Perilous Times in the span of about one month...the first was the result of a water supply line leak (2nd floor) where I awoke to water running into my kitchen through the AC vents and light fixtures. I called my insurance company first thing (8am) and had a return call from Perilous Times within an hour. They had their remediation team on site a couple hours later with fans and dehumidifiers. After the home was dry, they began the rebuild (drywall, paint, trim, carpet, etc.). My wife was having a nervous breakdown as we had our son's 4th birthday party planned at our home a week later and there was a huge hole in our kitchen ceiling. I informed Perilous Times of our event and they made sure they had everything completed before that date. The workmanship on our drywall texture was some of the best blending I have ever seen. You really can't tell anything was patched. Extremely happy with the overall process.

About a month later, I had the exact same thing happen in another bathroom (2nd floor) and the same result in another area on my 1st floor. This time I called Perilous Times directly (late evening) and spoke to Heath, he had his team at my house first thing the next morning to start the process again. My second experience was just as painless as the first and everything was back to normal in a week or so.

Everyone I worked with at Perilous Times was friendly, professional and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend this company for remodeling project. A small bath and shower that typically takes two weeks took four months. Thank goodness my husband was there when the contractors were doing the work and had them redo and fix things that were not correct. Project manager would rarely come out and towards the end of the project we were having to demand and be real stern. They did complete the project but I really don’t feel as if we got our monies worth and we are not happy with the finished product.

Great communication, steady progress, and precision installation. Being displaced from one’s home is never fun…and we suffered painfully-but not because of Perilous Times Restoration. Every single person who walked through our door was professional. The progress moved forward at a steady pace-and we were kept informed about what would be next and why. The men doing the painting and flooring (tile and carpet) were perfectionists. Same with painters and dry wall. Every single day was progress!

Just want to take the time to thank Prime Time Restoration for taking care of us when we had a flood last month. I was so overwhelmed initially and then the team that was sent out broke down the process for me, answered my million questions and reassured me start to finish. Would definitely use them again if the situation occurred.
