We had a busted pipe in our laundry room and these guys were sent out to mitigate. Sebastian was extremely helpful and patient while getting the situation under control for the night. He explained everything he was doing and what the next steps were going to be. Marshal and Kings were also vey helpful in taking care of the remaining mitigation the next day. No concerns from any of them while there were in my home, they went straight to work and were quick and courteous. We’re thankful they came out!

I met with 2 of the ServPro guys to walk them through my house on the river after the July 4th flood. They took measurements and communicated with me for weeks as I was waiting for a quote to renovate my house. After almost a month...I called to ask about the quote and to see when they could start only to be told that they don't service my area! I have sooooo many words to say and none of them are good. Definitely will NEVER use ServePro. If they would have been up front with me, I could have been working on getting someone else to start rebuilding our house. Now I have to start over!

I am so pleased with the work accomplished by the pack and unpack crew of Amber, Blake, Dylan, Anna-Marie, Cole, Jeremy, and Josiyah. The packing was fast and efficient. The unpack was even faster. Nothing was broken or damaged, bed reassembled, dresser mirrors attached and clean-up as they went. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Thank you all again for everything!

While I would like to be able to submit a favorable review, I cannot. In early 2023, my family requested an estimate for a mold removal service. We paid the $250 fee and intended to apply it to the work contract. We exchanged a few brief email messages with the estimator for clarification on the proposal. Over the next several months, we tried to get the estimator to return our calls and answer our questions about the work to be done. The office took our calls and, claiming that the estimator was unavailable to speak with us, repeatedly promised to have him call us back. He never did. Finally, on one of our subsequent attempts to reach him, the office directed us to another estimator, Pam Prensas.

At last, we found someone who was helpful and responsive. She returned our calls and responded to our emails! Ms. Prensas was the sole reason why we did not give up on this office. We were finally making progress. With the holidays approaching, we decided to postpone the start of the work until the following spring and Ms. Prensas agreed to meet in January 2024 to discuss the schedule.

Yet when January arrived and we called to set up a meeting with Ms. Prensas, we were dismayed to learn that she was no longer employed there. You can imagine our disappointment! We were referred to another representative who, unsurprisingly, was not available at the time to speak with us. The office promised that she would return our call, but we knew then that she never would. True to form, neither she nor anyone else ever called us back. After all this trouble and delay, we were back where we started after having spent money on a useless estimate.

For these reasons, I cannot recommend this ServPro franchise to anyone for any work. Their staff provided an estimate and took our payment for it, but they failed to do anything more despite our repeated inquiries to follow up on that estimate.

We had Serv Pro remediate black mold in a back closet. Chase was awesome- he had the team build back the closet like nothing ever happened, and even fixed some holes left in other rooms by plumbers. I would recommend Serv Pro for any repair work that at you have- they are top notch!

We recently bought a new house and had the whole house tiled, after the job was done, there was dust in film over the whole house even all the way upstairs. Phil, Ciara, Jacob, all three came out here in a timely manner, and did an outstanding job. You couldn’t find better quality, better professionals and happier workers than these three that showed up. I am so glad my job allows me to work with them as well as for them. If you guys need any type of remediation or just basic, homeowner maintenance and cleaning this is a place to go to.

Johnathan and Juan did an excellent and professional job. Tasks completed in a timely and clean/tidy fashion! Beyond pleased with results!

We had a flood in our house and serve pro was the company that dealt with it. High fives to Amber, Blake, Dylan, Anna-Marie, Cole, Jeremy, and Josiah. They did an excellent job dealing with the water and floor plus the packing up of all our stuff (and there was a lot of stuff) as well as unpacking and putting everything away in the proper place. They were tidy as they worked, particularly with the unpacking. They were polite and professional throughout the process. Excellent job!

Amber, Kings were great. Very polite and explain everything they were doing during the process. Very professional team, great job!

Where do I start, Anastacio was great professional and explained alot to us we didn't know and Amber was great as well took pictures of everything also his other 2 employees were great as well they did they're part professionally I do recommend this company cause they're here for you and they really mean it.

Greg Hall and his staff with Servpro Northeast San Antonio have been fantastic helping my family when we had flooding it my parents' home and have helped us when we had water leaks at my home and business. I have referred them to many others who also appreciated their professionalism and promptness when called.

To the ServPro water mitigation Team that began as an unwanted gift during this Christmas season, but has now become a much appreciated and and best gift ever! This past Friday ServPro responded to my emergency call for help (water flooding) by sending out Kings and Josiyah, which I identified as my Dynamic Duo. On Saturday, Dylan and Daniel was sent out to continue rhe work. Then yesterday and today (Monday and Tuesday), Jonathan and Jeremy came out to do necessary demo work. The progression from a dynamuc duo to a SUPER-6 team leaves me with a deep and sincere appreciation for their concerted efforts, dedicated work ethics, proficiency and pride in what they do. No one wants this situation to happen, least of all during the holidays, but I applaud my SUPER -6 ServPro team as they continued to provide unrivalled service to minimize an overwhelming situation from a customer's (Me) point of view. Thank you Super-6 for caring enough!

Loved John, Art, and Mario!!!!! I swear they are the cleanest people I have ever met! They tore out some sheet rock in our living room, office, and laundry. Not a speck of dust was left behind. Not to mention they wear the nicest guys! I hope we never have an emergency situation again but if we do, we are soooooooooo calling them back! They were AWESOME!!! They are absolutely a five star business with five star people!!

John and Rene came in late in the day to assess our home for water damage. They were both extremely helpful and professional. Made myself and wife feel at ease with a very stressful situation. Can not say enough about how helpful both the young men were.

Working with ServPro was an excellent choice: Luis, Raul, Logan, Joey and Leo. All were professional and took great care of making sure the job got done and got done correctly. The worked daily to make sure the restoration was completed.

They took the time to ensure everything was properly covered before beginning any work, and their cleanup process was meticulous.
