Very disappointed overall with my experience. When a Watermain broke and flooded our house, we looked on Google reviews to try and find the best place to take care of the cleanup. Servpro had great reviews so we called them out. The two guys that came out we’re very nice and explained that they were going to get the water up, dry out as best as possible, and disinfect and deep clean. This is what we were told at the start. We were also told at the start of this would be about a $5000 job. On the side of the van it says “like it never happened “, So we were very optimistic at the start. We were out of our house for about a week while the fans were set up, and at the end of the week they packed up the fans, and asked for the remaining balance. The total came out to a little over $5000, which basically was I guess to rent the fans for a week. Which seems very overpriced. They did not deep clean, they did not disinfect, and things didn’t look anywhere near “like it never happened”. There was still a lot of mud that washed in with the water all over the floor, and I was told at the end that the deep cleaning and disinfecting I was explained about in the beginning would cost extra now. I definitely wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

Update: I’m changing my two star rating to one star. I have called five times now to get an invoice for the work done, so I can try to get reimbursed by the responsible party, and have yet to receive one, or even a phone call to let me know what’s going on.

Had flooding, responded within 30 minutes. Cleaned up flooded area, removed damaged floor, Sheetrock, remodeled 2/3 of house, worked with me on every step of the renovations. Kept me informed about any problems of subcontractors scheduling. I would and have recommended them to others I know.

I had a terrible experience with Servpro. It was just awful. They started out real nice and polite. Then I noticed that they used cheaper material, like the tile - not the one I had picked. Didn’t notice til it was already installed. I could not check every day so they got away with that. Tub was not placed where it was before 3-4 inches off- not centered. Shower door was off also:( Some doors don’t close right, left dirty walls … I could go on and on. They took advantage bc I was not feeling well most days. Never again. 😞 I’d like to give them a zero but one star is lowest.

Servpro went above and beyond. The initial response was very timely. They always call ahead to let me know when they’ll be by the house. They’re respectful of our home and belongings. Robert went the extra mile and got rid of a bee that had flown into the home. Kings was quick and timely moving the equipment. They really made this stressful event, such an easy process. 10/10 recommend.

Mario and Ryan were simply amazing. Very professional and super efficient. Mario took the time to explain everything and did a very detailed inspection. Mario and Ryan are great team that work perfectly together. I am 100% happy with the job they did. The experience was perfect from beginning to end.

I had water damage to my home in Lakehills. I wasn’t sure where to start, so my insurance company recommended Servepro. Hector, Kings, Marshall, and Sebastian met me at the property and immediately sprung into action. They regularly gave me updates and shared pictures of their progress. We had a leak from a tube running from the toilet tank to the wall.It created a big problem.Servpro was part of the water mitigation and responded so quickly.Mario the project manager was amazing.He kept me well informed about the process and all the demolition.It was a very stressful time but he was Soo kind and would always reassure me that all would be okay.His crew members Josiah Buggs,Jeremy King and Jonathan were Soo professional and such great workers.

I came over to fill in for my daughter for her water leak....I met Robert and Kings and they were so helpful in making a horrible situation more bearable. I am a homeowner as well and I made sure to take their information just in I have to deal with the bad issue of a water leak. They helped transfer all the clothing from the damaged area with me, and the plumbers and the they also helped move debris stored by the water heater. Their positivity assured me that some businesses still care about providing the best customer service at all cost while being courteous and informative. I will make sure that all my friends, and family use them if ever needed.

The team who helped me today were Buggs (Josiah), Kings, and Hector. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do before they started on anything. They were very thorough with looking in places that I didn't think of, that were affected by the water damage. They were very polite, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend them!

Servpro has been working on my bathroom rebuild since the first week in January. Job still isn’t done. Work has been horrible and has had to be redone a couple times. This is the recent photos.

Hector, Josiah and Daniel came to sanitize and preform a duct cleaning of our hvac system. They were thorough, friendly and professional. They walked me through every step and gave me great suggestions on how to keep my hvac system in top form. Very satisfied with their work!

Johnathan did a great job explaining the process and answering my many questions. Demonstrated great customer service and performed his job well. I hope the rest of the service can live up to his example.

Kings & Mario Came to my house and did a Stellar Job, if the moved something or made it Dirty. They cleaned it and put it exactly back where they got it from. I am a Marine Corps Retired Disabled Veteran & can’t thank the two of them enough. They paid attention to my concerns and needs. I am just speechless and so thankful.
