There's really no need to fumble through the list of plumbers when all you have to do is call this company. I have dealt with three different technicians here and they were all extremely helpful, with great personal service skills. They were knowledgeable of the issues, they worked in a timely manner, and they fixed my plumbing issues. My sincere appreciation to Alex who was my technician today. He was excellent!

Marla and her team were great with assisting me with water damage that occurred in my home! She was very professional and assisted us each day until they were able to remove equipment and help get our home back to normal. Very appreciative of their work!

Excellent experience. The team provided a prompt response to my call for help with a blocked sewer pipe causing backup into the house. The fix was performed expertly in a very reasonable timeframe, and Barry and team were polite and considerate throughout.

These guys are the best of the best! Just had two new toilets installed, Canon and Greg did an amazing job!

Justin was wonderful. He has a great mechanical mind, handles the fittings with ease, and also did trouble-shooting noticing that a gasket was designed poorly and adding to our drainage problem. He solved what our contractor absolutely failed to see. He was also kind & had a great sense of humor. Roto Rooter is fortunate to have Justin represent their brand & quality service.

Jesus and Jose came again and replaced my shut off valve. They found my leak and fixed everything. They are upfront with pricing and experts at what they do. And they were able to come quickly. Love Roto Rooter!!

Roto-Rooter called and asked if they can come a day earlier than requested. Absolutely! The technicians, Jose and Jesus arrived in professional attire and vehicle. They promptly got to removing an old water heater in a tight space. They then replaced it with a new unit and made adjustments to meet code. I also made a few requests and they kindly fulfilled them. They hauled away the old unit and left the place as before. Great service. Wonderful technicians.

We had an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter in Austin! Grant and Barry were fantastic—super friendly, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. We were staying at an Airbnb with a major plumbing issue, and they got everything fixed quickly and efficiently. They fixed our stressful situation promptly and we highly recommend their services!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this company! We are first time home owners and panicked when we saw a water leak in the bathroom. Robert/Robbie was at our house within 2 hours of my phone call to the company, traffic was really bad. He assessed the problem and explained all the options to us. The plumber Mark showed up and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. They did everything they could to save us money and consolidate how many times they opened our walls. They were prepared to come the next day to do more additional work and assess the damage. We have been very impressed so far and can’t wait to work with them moving forward.

I got a quote to repair my sewer line from 3 separate companies and Roto Rooter’s quote was $20,000 more than the other companies. Then they did their whole speech about how important it is we get it taken care of and called me later to see if I had decided yet. Watch out, it felt like they were taking advantage of the situation knowing that the sewer line is so important to fix.
Also, for a simple leak we had, they charged over $2,000 in the past and were at our house for about 30 minutes to fix it. They said it was their standard rate pricing. Absurd! That is more than my new plumber charged for my entire sewer line. Just saying…it’s good to shop around.

I tell you what….. If there were 10 stars to give, I would give it.

Barry and his crew and the four or five other people that came out to take a look at my problem all Did a most excellent job.

And got me up and running no problem.

They were professional, friendly, and what I appreciate the most, to the point….

They explained everything they needed to explain and let me see everything I needed to see. And made everything clear and understandable.

Grant and Barry were a team that was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnose the problem with my plumbing and provided a clear fair estimate before starting to work. The techs arrived on time, fully equipped and handled issue efficiently: They even took time to explain what they were doing and so I felt informed of process. What impress me the most was they tested to make sure they clear out and got to the root of issue. They even educated me on what not to do as well so I felt that they were honest and reliable. They deliver high quality results and would use them again. Even my dog Rosie loved them!!

Took a good while to get service as they probably got their wires crossed with scheduling. I had called at 8am they said they'd have someone out by 10:30am but didn't have anyone arrive til about 9:45pm. But when Colten did arrive he had a great attitude, explained the process step by step with upfront pricing and additional recommendations. So service was awesome just wish it happened earlier.

My reason for calling Roto Rooter is that I received a water bill from the City of Manor that was extremely high and the clerk told me to reach out and contact a plummer so I reach out yesterday and set my appointment for this morning. So the technicians Jose and Jesus arrived and was very pleasant and helpful they explained the procedure and began to explore to make sure my leak was coming from the bathroom toilet bowl.
They replaced the part and assured me that all was well. The screw came off my front door and Jose was kind enough to screw it back in my door. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism that these gentlemen provided. They represented your company well. If I come across anyone that needs your service I will recommend your service and Jose and Jesus.

When I called I knew I had a root problem causing the backup in the sewer line and I told the people I spoke with at RR. They said no problem and sent a man out in about an hour. He worked for 2 hours and not only was he not able to remove the roots but the drain was still backed up. The tech told me he would not charge me but I needed a $2800 picote clean out to get rid of the roots. Which I thought was highway robbery. The roots were only 25' up the drain and easily accessible. Another tech came out the following day and shoved a camera up the drain and poked through the clog and the home drained out. That tech told me that the equipment the first tech had yesterday was not for cutting roots and if I wanted to get rid of the roots it would cost me $2800 which I was not gonna pay. So I paid $497 but I still have the roots in the drain which I now have to rent equipment to do the job myself. One star for poking a hole through the roots so I could flush my toilets which will be clogged again in a month or two. Sure looks like a bait and switch scheme to me.

Jose and Jesus were great, professional and got the job done right away! Great service!! Highly recommend!
