Grant was awesome!! Very personable and knowledgeable. He was happy to explain and show me this issue; put my mind at ease when plumbing issues occurred at 11pm!

Barry and Darrell came out and saved the day. We had two plumbers that came out and didn’t even try to start rootering which is what was needed. These guys identified the issues and got us set up until we can fix the root problems.

Needed to get a hose removed from a spigot outside. The repairman told me they get a lot of these and that the problem is with the metals not mixing well. He instructed me on what hose to buy next and was able to use a hacksaw to get the hose off. It was quick and he arrived inside of the promised 2 hour window. A good job.

The people who set up the appointment were not very helpful. I waited until almost 9pm for an appt window of 12-4. But the technician who finally came did a good job and he was very nice. So he saved the day!

We called four companies and Roto Rooter came out at 10 PM on a Thursday. They stayed until the job was done. Patrick was amazing. He was very thorough in finding the backup in the main line, using his camera and all options and tools needed to get the job done. He gave us his precessional recommendations and pricing before getting started and what we will need in the future. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Justin and Darrell helped us deal with a grumpy toilet and some related water damage like pros! On time, professional, helpful, and efficient. Patiently discussed options and didn’t try to upsell. And for that, we’ll call them next time we have a plumbing issue.
