My AC went out a few hours just before my wife and I were about to get on a plane for our summer vacation. Beto came to our home within a few hours to fix our AC, I have used them twice and will continue to use Comfort Ice Box for my AC/Heater needs, very pleased with their work.

Been using Comfort Ice Box for a couple of years now for their maintenance program on AC and Heater every 6 months. They are friendly, reliable, efficient and honest. Through their maintenance program they are quick to finding any issues before they become a big problem. I know that if we were to have a problem they would be the first ones we call.

Service is always wonderful. They know our home, our setup, and they take care of business! I actually enjoy having CIB come out since I know not only are we well taken care of and our system is running as well as possible, but I don't have to tell them every little thing. They investigate and figure out what is going wrong and what is normal. If you want professional people to take care of you, call Comfort Ice Box. You would be silly to call anyone else!

I started using this company 5 years ago. I came to know them because my homeowners warranty company sent them out. Before I started using Comfort Ice Box I used another company and that company said my HVAC needed to be condemned because it was leaking and couldn’t be repaired. So I called home warranty people and they notified Comfort Ice Box. The owner is Beto and he came out. He took the time to leak check everything and found the leak. It was a $26 dollar part. Ever since then I have Comfort Ice Box come to service the unit in March every year so if there’s a problem, he can fix it before summertime. The home warranty also requires yearly service as well. This past March I decided to have Beto install a new unit, a heat pump, instead of the regular type system I had and my old unit was 22 years old by then. Beto from Comfort Ice box told me all the choices I had and I choose the unit brand and he took care of everything else. The unit was installed quickly (half day), professionally, properly and works excellent. It has 10 year parts warranty from manufacturer and Beto will continue to come yearly and keep it serviced so I get maximum efficiency from the unit to save electricity cost and get maximum life cycle performance for the unit. I trust Beto and he has not let me down. Comfort Ice Box prices are fair, he’s never gouged me. He gives price break for early season servicing too. He tells me the truth. He’s my HVAC man for now on. Pics of his new installation he did for me. Well done job. One of those hoses you see is the soaker hose, lol. He knew exactly what he was getting into before starting any repairs. Ultimately he went with a different company to save money but he wanted to compliment you on your honesty.

I am a property manager, and I have used their services onsite and Beto is a great tech, and I would recommend his services for anyone who is having trouble to get an A/C or heat pump units up and running again. He explains it so clearly to you to understand what is needed for repairs and gives a good reasonable price too.

Beto and his team did an install for my mother last month and did and amazing job. He’s helped with all our needs on our rentals (maintenance, emergency calls, duct cleaning). Highly recommend. They always save the day!

My wife and I went shopping for a trip. We came home an our AC unit was not working. Indoor temp was 80 way to hot for us seniors with blood pressure issues. I started looking on Facebook on Sanger Speaker for an AC company. And most folks suggested Comfort ICE Box locally owned AC/Heat company. I called spoke to Marcella late evening. She told me Beto could be here by 6:30 pm. He was prompt and very friendly man. It took him about 40 minutes to troubleshoot our AC issue. It was blown motor unit. He showed me on his phone the unit was still under warranty. He told me he could could back with replacement motor the next day. His office called promptly at 9:00 am to let me know he would arrive in 15 minutes. Beto came had replacement motor. He got our AC Goodman unit up running. He double and tripled checked before.leaving. it's hard to find reputable honest people with high integrity in this day and age. I 1000% would recommend this company.
