My AC went completely out. Scheduled this appointment 2 days ago for a new unit, had to finagle my schedule at my new job to get the day off and they call me this morning to tell me their only doing service calls. So MUCH more imperative than a new unit. Won't ever call this company again.

Underwood's did a full system replacement for one of our central HVAC units. They did an excellent job, gave us a fair price, and all of their staff - the owner, the installers, technicians, and office manager - were very professional and helpful.

Great company, owners Todd and Stephanie, and staff. We have used Underwoods Heating/Air since they started their business. They are amazing. They go above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Lightening struck our a/c units did alot of damage and Charlie did everything to repair in a timely manner and he kept in touch with us. Charlie is the Technician that came out very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough to express our satisfaction and gratitude for Charlie and Underwoods heating and air. Best there is!

Great experience! Had another company come by to check my HVAC, and they quoted me 2k plus. My tech that came out was very knowledgeable and able to let me know that 90% of the services werent necessary. He replaced my compressor and gave me some advice to maintain my unit until my next check up. Dont hesitate to call Underwoods for any of your HVAC needs.

I always think how unfortunate it would be to discover your AC is not working at “closing time on Friday evening”. This Friday it happened to me and my fear for the weekend was living in one room with a portable AC. I called Underwoods at 4:30 and they scheduled me for the next available Saturday appointment, but said if they could get out that evening, they would. They showed up within the hour and replaced a part and cleaned the system. I was up and running by 6:30. My systems are 25 plus years old and this is not the first time Underwoods has got to me within hours and saved me. I would recommend them to everyone that needs honest, great service.
