I must say I am pretty impressed with the folks over here. My AC went down this Spring. Luckily we hadn't hit me a grigiously hot part yet just slightly horrible hot part of Texas. Lol. So I call them up speak with Angela Who is super professional and very sweet and understanding. I wasn't able to meet them the same day but they were out the next morning.

The gentleman they sent out was Ian who I later found out runs the shop he had been doing extra duty during this whole Corona crisis. In any case he lays out very cut-and-dry what needs to be done and gives me a couple of options. Once we had our decision made he got the parts ordered. As soon as the parts were in he sent two guys out and they were done that afternoon.

Preston and Ethan is who they send out and I must say Ethan probably is in training just based on the way that Preston took the lead. But let me tell you these guys work. I didn't see them stop for minute they just came and did what needed to be done. They wore a mask when they were in my house which we appreciated and cleaned up after themselves. The gentlemen were professional, polite and respectful to my wife and kids not just me. And just because i'm one of those annoying customers that likes to understanding an d learning new things, Preston was kind enough to answer my questions about my air conditioner sorry heat pump how and why the parts get installed the way they do.

In short weather talking to Angela, working with Ian, or working with Preston and Ethan every person here has been very professional and I would highly recommend it PRK services for anything have anything having to do with you HVAC. Thanks y'all we appreciate y'all very much.

Young man named Oz came over....(Osvaldo).... I had called late at night the prior evening because my air died!
They said they would be over second thing in the morning right after their first appointment they had scheduled and they were here right on time!
Oz the young man who is totally professional and was able to explain everything to me as I peppered him with questions! My unit is 17 years old and they got it up and running again and when it comes time to replace this unit I will be calling Oz back!
He represents this company very well and I appreciate the service!

Great company!! I contacted them last minute to make repairs to a home I have listed for sale. Ian came out the next day and completed everything in a timely manner. They were prompt, professional and reliable! Highly recommend.

Having a furnace go out at 7:00pm is never a good thing. I called PRK and a technician was at my home in 30 minutes. He diagnosed and repaired my furnace quickly and professionally, and didn't seem annoyed at my many questions. Ai would definitely call them again.

Excellent service, timely, and spot on. Recently had hail damage to my AC Unit in Denton. PRK came out, assessed the damage and ended up installing a new unit. My Electric this August to last August was about a $100 savings. Thank you PRK, Keith and your team. Highly recommend you to any residence or business.

Ian was fantastic and extremely fast. He even came out on a Saturday and spent 3.5 hours making sure I was good to go with my airconditioing that broke. My warranty company ordered the wrong part for my unit and he went out of his way to go get the right part just to have it fixed the next day. Cannot say how great he was!!! 10/10!

When my air conditioner quit I didn't know who to call, I was new to the area. PRK was the first company I called and they were at my house within twenty minutes. Lermon came out to my house and he gave me the option of replacing the fan motor on my twenty five year old air conditioner, or choosing a new system. I've saved a lot of money each month from my system upgrade! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!

After PRK came out to do a simple tune up on our unit I am having to replace my entire AC system because they used the incorrect refrigerant. The condenser clearly shows which refrigerant to use, but they chose to use a cheaper one and did not let us know. Shortly after this was done we started to have major water leaking from our inside pipes and found out it was from the incorrect use of refrigerant. They refuse to take any responsibility for this and I’m now having to pay to replace the system when it was previously working just fine.

Ryan and Sam were the technicians for today- they were extremely professional, got the job done, found other ways to make our AC system run more effectively, and explained those options. They were very polite, explained everything they were doing along the way, and I would without a doubt recommend them for any AC needs.

Came out on a Sunday morning, an hour after I called. No extra charge. Brian was knowledgeable and had it fix in no time. I would very much recommend this company and would only use this company for any future needs. Thank you PRK Service.

PRK was awesome!!! They installed a new unit and beat every price in town. Ian did an excellent job as well as the whole team. Service was top notch as well as the follow up service .Would recommend PRK to anyone in Denton or surrounding areas thank you guys!!!!

Unparalleled customer service and response time. Used Keith and PRK to replace our furnace last winter and they are some of the friendliest guys in the business - along with very fair pricing, professionalism and working with our budget. Called for a checkup on our AC unit when the temp went up last week and the response time was terrific, may have saved us from an expensive repair by giving good advice over the phone on what to do before the service tech showed up. I will never go anywhere else.

RPK was able to quickly get someone out to service my heater on short notice before the Temperature was expected to plummet. When Sam arrived to look at the system everything seemed to be in working order so he did what he could and gave it a thorough once over. My devious system had decided to stop functioning properly the next day and RPK was able to get another tech back out. This time the system didn't try to hide it's problem and one quick gas limiter sensor replacement had the system back up and running properly again. Both technicians were professional and RPK was able to provide excellent service!.

Keith and his crew have gone out of their way to make sure that my wife and I have an affordable, adequate, and reliable climate control system in our home. I would, without a doubt recommend PRK Services to anyone in search of an honest, competent, locally owned Heat/Air/Refridgeration service. Knowledgeable, affordable and prompt. Always.

I have a walk in freezer where I work that someone worked on before and whoever it was really messed up the wireing and it was freezing up. PRK sent an awesome technician out who straightened out the mess the last guy made and got it working again. He had to come back out a couple weeks later as it started freezing up again. they stand behind their work and even though the problem was no fault of the technician's they warrantied the repair and it didn't cost us extra . Professional service and awesome results. Thank you for an excellent experience and I will highly recommend you to everyone i know.

Josh and Brian installed a new roof unit for my apartment. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A+ service all around. They’ve also been out multiple times to charge the system before the apartments decided to go with a new unit. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

They did an awesome job!! Our air conditioner went out after hours, and a technician made it by within 30 minutes after I called. Ben was great, he identified and fixed the problem very quickly. I will definitely be using them again!

My technician, Arnold, was great to work with. He really took the time to answer all my questions and show me what things were wrong with my unit. He moved swiftly but also managed to still maintain a high level attention to detail. This was my first time enlisting preventative maintenance help for my business and I am happy to say they will have my future business moving forward because of how he treated me.
