COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL RIPPOFFS. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS.
Horrible experience. They came out an misdiagnosed twice. Charged me 450.00 and left saying it was fixed. It wasn't. No one would answer the phone. I went the whole weekend AT 98 degrees. When they did pick up the phone Monday they told me a bunch of BS then eventually got around to admitting they didn't know what to do and that they would rather just not mess with it. Can you believe it.

The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. Our heater went out just days after brining our newborn home, he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part the next day. We have returned ever since.

I have known Osmundo for well over 20 years. About 6 months after Hurricane Harvey, Osmundo & Airstream replaced my entire HVAC system (including ductwork) and to say the house is so much better for it is an epic understatement. More comfortable with smaller utility bills, and 5 years after installation I am as happy with the new system as I was in April 2018. A wonderful, honest, air conditioning technological prime directive who runs a wonderful, honest company, I will always vouch for him and Airstream.
