My A/C went out on a Sunday. While I was gone and unfortunately it was the weekend I called Airstream Air Conditioning and Heating, 512 Minnesota St, South Houston, TX 77587. Monday morning (thankfully it was a cool weekend) I was called be back with a 2 hr. timeframe for the technician to arrive. The technician was very personable and thorough. When I asked questions, he answered them and explained it all to me. He had no issues with my son observing what he doing and he troubleshot from the outside to the inside, checking all wiring, the thermostat, and the hot attic (and I was told what that needed to have the A/C back up and running). For the work he did, the pricing was very fair and reasonable. Airstream Air Conditioning and Heating is a very courteous, prompt, and reasonable. I will be using the again for any future preventative maintenance or issues. Very Highly Recommend.

Mr. Dávila and his team replaced a gas furnace (at a reasonable price) in less than 24 hours after my initial call; during the freezing weather in Houston.
It is comforting to know that we have Airstream A/C & Heating in our area.

I’ve hired multiple A/C repair companies but none could figure out why our living room was always the hottest room. Mr. Davila immediately realized the air was being focused to one room in the house and not the house evenly. He saved us from thinking we needed a bigger unit for our home. Will definitely continue to do business with this company.

I want to say Thank you very much to Mr. Herrera for coming out in very short time for emergency. He fast n awesome got us going with cold air for that night, to sleep well. The following day he came out to replace the whole unit. I knew it was time to replace the unit and ducting. He acted fast professional, didn't push me gave a fair price. My installation was even better. He got here at 7am and didn't stop til the job was done. He did an awesome job BIG difference in the house. Upgrade made a big difference on how cool it is in our home. I so very much recommend them. Also a shout out to Mr. Noal in the office for all his help as well.

They were at my house the next day, even though I had called the previous evening. They tried a number of things. The technician was in my house for approximately 2 hours. He was able solve the issue and only charged me a minimal fee.

Ted came to my home and met me to shake my hands, to check his crew and to verify the installation. Work and parts are covered by a warranty. I felt very comfortable from the beginning of the service to the end. This is an organization that does business in the right manner. The inspection went well. Technician was knowledgeable and polite. He was very efficient, timely, and explained everything. His execution was also very nice.

Sam Wiley made our unit run this evening. He was polite and I loved talking with him. We also had our air conditioner repaired. He offered us the best service plan, which was reasonable and would have our units maintained annually. I rarely buy service plans but this was reasonable and just made sense. Was reluctant to use such a large firm, but wow! I am impressed, and will be a faithful customer forever. Sam Wiley is a wonderful customer service agent and we're so grateful.
