Super fast, courteous and professional staff, owner and crew!!! Compared 6 contractors pricing to replace my A/C ductwork, these guys beat all hands down!!! Had them come out and replace my refrigerator ice-maker line and sewer vent pipe to my master bath as well!!! Couldn't be more pleased!!! They will work with you on timing as much as possible to meet your schedule too!!! I definitely recommend this Company!!!!

Altogether a very pleasant and speedy experience. Knew I needed full system replacement. Got quote over the phone and bought the same day. Day and a half later 4 man crew were here installing. Went fast and well. Carl Highfill came by 2 days later and walked me around and explained everything. Paid be check and got a cash discount.

I highly recommend Air-Care Southeast! Carl, Bobby and their whole team really know what they are doing and have gotten me out of several jams with my A/C and heater. A neighbor recommended them and I can see why! Top-notch people that will do a great job and very fair pricing.

The entire process, from quote to installation to follow-up, was punctual and fairly-priced. Carl arrived exactly when he said he would, worked around my schedule, and the system replacement also took exactly as long as I was quoted. Although I found a company offering a cheaper price, the timeliness and professionalism of Air-Care Southeast outweighed that. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Air Care Southeast replaced my entire AC and Heat unit and I couldn’t be happier with their work. They replaced more ducting than was estimated without increasing the cost of the job. Their workers were on time and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all of the trash away, which has been an issue with other contractors. I appreciate all the work that was done and an so happy to be sitting in my air conditioned house .

I used Air Care Southeast to replace all the plumbing in my house a few years ago and last month I had them replace my a/c and furnace. During both jobs they were very professional and provided fair bids. The workers were courteous, respectful of my home and cleaned up everything. Before I purchased the new a/c they were able to keep the old one working whenever I had issues with it. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing or a/c needs.

Carl and his techs recently replaced our two units when they went out back to back. We got quotes from several AC companies and theirs was by far the best. They were very knowledgeable and we never felt like they were trying to push anything we didn't need(which we very much felt with the other companies). The process took a few days but it was quick and painless because the techs were so respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were as minimally noticeable as possible. Carl was very patient in answering all of my husbands questions and gave a referral for an electric company that came out to do some rewiring in our attic. We are very pleased with the product and service we got and will be using Air Care Specialists for all of our future AC needs.

They always have good prices and when we have called them, they are able to come and get problems fixed. Great group of people from office to the ones who come out to fix whatever is broke.

After my Mother's recent death, I got a referral to Air-Care SE from a friend of my Mom. The friend has been using Air-Care for many years and raved about them. So I called and explained that I needed to have them fix the A/C in my Mom's house, but I was on a tight schedule. They gave me the appointment time I asked for and were actually a couple minutes early, to my pleasant surprise. The technician (Rick) was courteous, professional, and had the system diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. They only charged me for the one part they used, plus coolant, and labor. This company has absolutely gone above and beyond to make sure our HVAC system is working properly. We are a difficult scenario having a home that needed to be gutted due to mold and they have been a breath of fresh air to work with. They communicate well, they stand by what they say they’ll do, they educate us on what is being done, & they have shown up swiftly when we needed to tweak the brand new units. They replaced 2 tubs for us. Excellent work, price, communication w kindness. Took great care not to damage anything. As we had just had entire home painted. Phillip Johnson found great tubs at a great price for us. They even worked w us w our tile guy.
