Excellent Service across the board in all aspects. A family friend, Mrs. W. Anderson recommended Valderrama A/C on a group text. At the time I didn't think anything of it until my AC went out about 2 weeks later. I called her brother, my friend, and set up an appointment. Juan, the service technician, came over the next day on time and performed a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, finding that I had a bad AC condenser unit that was leaking. He further investigated it to determine if my evaporator coil system was good/maintaining correct pressure by closing the system off and performing a leak test with nitrogen. The end result was that the pressure and coil were still good for my gas furnace. They didn't recommend replacing the gas furnace but recommended replacing the coil, plenum box, and filter for better efficiency. The owner, Jose Soto, spoke with me directly and wasn't pushy. However, because they were so thorough and weren't just trying to just get my money, I had them install a new condenser unit and furnace. They recommended the high-effiency 14-SERE York Brand w/a 10-year warranty on both. And I must say I couldn't be more Happier. This company is great! Every time I have a problem, they always come right away and fix the issues of my walk-in cooler and freezers. If anything goes wrong, they will come back and honor it with their warranty. Prices are good as well. Highly recommend!

Total scam, paid for a new compressor, three months later the unit stopped. Paid for a starter, installed an used one which stopped working two days later and refused to be responsable for their wrong. The technician was rude and threatening. Never use this company, the owner is very rude and condescending.

A part in our AC broke down and after calling around to a lot of places, they were the only place that did not try to overcharge me with fixing it. They were at my house within 10 minutes and replaced the part. Friendly service and could not recommend them more! Will be reaching out to them for any future A/C repair issues.

I solicited the services of Valderrama for my mother's botched AC repair. The owner set up a visit right away and provided a professional quote. The fact that he spoke both English and Spanish was important to us as well. After 3 quotes, Valderrama made the most sense. The installation was quick and professional. The system functions great and my mother is happy. I didn't like the aesthetics of the slab that the condenser sat on, and the owner had it swapped with another right away. They also fixed the attic stairs that the previous installer broke. I recommend highly.

My a/c system stopped working, and my brother provided me Valderrama A/C #. After speaking with Mr. Soto, he was able to send Israel and Moises to check my unit within a few hrs. Great, professional individuals. Very knowledgeable, they solve the problem and even replace insulation to protect the wires from future accidents. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company. I am looking forward to being a long-time customer.

I had a great experience with Valderrama A/C & Refrigeration. I called and spoke with Jose on 1/22/26 regarding a faucet leak. He asked me to remind him the next day so he could get a plumber out, and he was true to his word.

The plumber, Eddie, arrived right on time, was very professional, and completed the job promptly. The faucet is no longer leaking, and the work was done thoroughly and professionally.
