Mike and his crew has been sevicing our needs for more than 20 years. His honesty and integrity is secound to none. I can only say, being an electrician and a teacher in that trade, having a person that you can trust in knowing his trade and with the previously mentioned characteristics is very rare. My residential AC unit went out on me. I called my regular AC firm and was given a very hard sell. I decided to call Air Care Southeast and felt they were honest, punctual, and fairly priced. Great firm that I recommend!

AC went out in AUGUST this year. It was miserable. Called around to a number of places, received bids from all of them. Every time someone came to the house, it was the same song and dance... we were looking at a HUGE bill. When I called Carl, he knew exactly what we needed without even seeing the house. We spoke on the phone late one night, and he was at our house the next morning. Replaced everything for thousands less than the other companies. Carl even ran a few more ducts for us free of charge. They have been extremely responsive EVERY time we have had questions. It's an honest, hardworking, no nonsense company. I have been, and will continue to tell my friends to call Air Care Southeast.

I was introduced from a friend of mine that has used this company for a very long time and it's true, an honest company still exists. Carl, his honesty, integrity and expertise is just unheard of these day's. From start to finish with a complete A/C replacement it went very well and certainly above my expectations.

Came home Friday evening to a hot house. Called Air Care Southeast and gave my info. to the answering service. The owner called me right back. He had a technician to my house in 40 mins. The technician had the problem fixed in less than 30 mins. for a little over $100.00. Being after hours, if I had called someone else I am sure it would have been at least $300.00 or more. This company is honest and hard working. The technician was professional and so nice, and he said he loves the people he works for. So glad I called Air Care Southeast!!! I will recommend them to all my friends!
