After 3 days, they came back and said that the only thing wrong was the thermostat. They estimated a $250 bill. After a few more hours, the a/c stopped working again.

They make good recommendations without trying hard to sell anything. They will give me a quote on a new unit. Once again, they did not try to sell you any products.
