Scratched baseboards and claimed there was no way it could have been avoided during carpet installation. However, in some rooms the same carpet was installed and there were no scratches proving it was avoidable. Refused to take any responsibility for the damage. Shop elsewhere.

Just bought our first home and needed new carpet. I didn't know where to start. But the sales staff was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed and no costly extras. Instalation was also quick and clean.

The only reason why we rated 2 stars was because after having a terrible experience they were able to complete the job in the time frame that it needed to be done in- but not without error. If we wouldn't have been on a time crunch, I would have gone to a different company. Very disappointed in their customer service. Fair warning, TRIPLE check measurements to make sure they are giving you the correct amount carpet.

Do not use Carpet One in Southlake. Their customer service is horrible. They tell you one thing when you purchase carpet and then do not stand by what they said.

Had 5 rooms of high quality carpet installed on Monday, November 18th. Great installers, vacuumed and cleaned up, moved furniture with care, perfect seams. Store manager followed up every step of the way. You can't get this type of service from a home center.

Measurements done, materials picked out and our sales guy is great. Unfortunately “they are short staffed” and no one else to help to do a quote. If you are doing minor adjustment to remove a pony wall to open up shower they can’t do it. (Feel bad for sales rep because he spent so much time with us).

I called other location in North Richland Hills and he said he was the only one there, answering phones when he can, helping customers, etc., and was not sure when they could have a quote to us.
