The downstairs of my house flooded in July and after talking to my insurance company I went and saw Chris at Carpet One in Southlake. So, so helpful!!! My first experience of a home "disaster" and Chris was at my house measuring, then set up appointment to pick flooring, it was delivered on time, and the floor crew had the install done in 3 days. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Chris!

Fast and reliable! Chris is the best to work with. We had them replace our carpets in our old home and they will be replacing flooring in our new home this year.

Gary was so helpful. We thought carpet was just... carpet, but after Gary patiently explained the difference to us to help us make the right decision, he then quickly scheduled the installers to come in and take care of us. The installers were quick and precise, and finished all three rooms within just 2 hours. When it's time to do the hardwood floor, I will call Gary again.

Started looking for carpet several months ago. Had it measured and got my price back from another carpet company and thought no way I would be able to stay under or near my budget.
Tom at Southlake store worked with me for long time and came up with two choices within reason. He suggested one and I eventually picked that one. So happy I listened to him. Great carpet, great weight, and reasonable price.
Installers came out within timeframe. Awesome job by Antonio Gaspar and crew. My neighbors came by and are going to Carpet One to request them for install.

Chris and Randy run a quality flooring store that can do any size of job! They recently completed an installation of LVP at one of my properties and did an amazing job. Fast, efficient and affordable!

My home was flooded overnight by a massive leak - all of the handscraped hardwoods completely ruined! I was devastated. Chris Hughes from Carpet One came and did an assessment and got things rolling for a demo and reinstall. Now that I see Carpet One's work - I realize that not only will the floors be back but they will be back better than ever. I feel like I got the golden solution when Chris Hughes walked through the door. He knows the business, he proactively sets about getting things done that need to be done in the order they need to be done in. The demo guys and the installer guys that work for Carpet One absolutely know what they're doing and they make quick work of it. If you have to go through a disaster, go through it with someone like Chris. If you're just redecorating - Chris and his team are still the smartest choice.

I bought some very pricey carpet. The sales rep assured me that you would not see footprints. Well you don’t see footprints but you see shadows making the carpet look dirty all the time.and no it’s not lighting, it’s in every room. He also talked me into putting on my stairs vs wood. Another mistake. I contacted the store about my options, maybe they could offer a discount on new flooring. No answer. No one even called after they installed it I thought they would check on my satisfaction after the install, nothing, not even a survey So my conclusion is they don’t care about their customers. They have your money so too bad. I will be ripping it up, putting wood on the stairs. I won’t be using them!

The team from Carpet One did an amazing job with the flooring repairs in our house. We had multiple areas that had tile and wood flooring either damaged or completely removed for some plumbing work and everything is back in and looking like nothing ever happened.

Everyone that worked on the job was friendly, communicative, and respectful of our house. Should we need any other flooring work we will be contacting them again.

Had a few problems to begin with. Chris the manager got with us, came over to the house and problem solved. Installers were great. Moved the furniture, listened to concerns and did great work. Excellent experience.

We had to replace all our wood floors due to an insurance claim. They offered a great solution and did an excellent job. We also had to coordinate the sanding, staining and new balusters for our entire staircase and it looks great. The team was very professional and cleaned up the job every day (better than I had hoped).

I can't say enough good things about Chris Hughes and his team at Carpet One. Chris is a rare person in this field who means what he says -- and says what he means. He's trustworthy and incredibly knowledgable. He's also an excellent communicator and made the entire home renovation process much less stressful for our family.

We had severe home damage from a storm that required us to go through insurance to help with repairs. Our first contractor unfortunately overpromised and underdelivered, but thankfully Chris and his team were able to get our home back to pre-loss condition while navigating all of the complexities of trying to match existing finishes throughout the home.

Most of our rooms had walls taken down to the studs and the white oak wood floors needed to be completely replaced. It required a team with a variety of expertise including wood floors, matching wall textures, trim, painting, plastering, tiling, and much more.

They showed attentiveness and care by tracking with me on all the big (and very small) details that are unique to our home's value. I'd 100% recommend working with their team if you're looking for quality work, transparency and integrity. We're so grateful for their help restoring our home!

Gary Davis was amazing! He showed up on time, offered suggestions and kept us informed through the entire process. Their install crews were quick, professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely have them back to our house as we work on more projects inside our home.

We bought laminate flooring from this store in the spring. The flooring is beautiful but our project is done and we have a few boxes of extra material that we want to return. When we purchased it, I was told there would be a 10% restocking fee. Understood. However, I've now been waiting for over 2 months to even get information on how to return any of the extra material. AND they are saying it will be significantly more expensive.
I can not recommend Carpet One. They are happy to sell you the product but FAIL on anything needed after you buy from them. Waiting for months on an answer on returning a few extra boxes is completely unacceptable. I will never shop here again.

I had a fantastic experience with Carpet One-Southlake. The salesman took time to make sure we found the correct wood type and color to match my existing wood. They wove it in to an exact match! The stairs turned out beautiful as well! Installers were professional, courteous, ON TIME and even moved furniture around to help. Great job Carpet One! You have my business from now on!
