Starting with the initial phone contact... PLEASANT, PERSONABLE, DEPENDABLE service. We had to lose a tree, but Alpine's Customer Service helped me by being punctual, genuine, and empathetic.

This service is as professional as they get. From the arborist, Cory, to the men actually doing the work, first class. And when they leave, you can't even tell they were there! I'd highly recommend Alpine.

I think my husband's family has been using Alpine since well before we had a home and trees to nurture. I appreciate so much that their arborist comes to the house, walks me through (either in person or via email) what my trees need to thrive, and then recommends what is best to keep the trees happy and healthy. We have to keep two trees in our front yard per HOA policy. I might spend a small amount of money annually with Alpine to ensure they are thriving but it will take years for me to break even if I had to replace the trees. Glad to have them on our side!

The entire Bartlett crew was great! Major shout out to Alex Mattson for getting as an accurate quote, being very responsive, and checking in with my after the pruning. Love the pruned tree and excited for its many future healthy years!

Talk about Customer Service. Not only are they timely but also the cleanest working crew I've ever met. They don't even put there tools on the turf directly if they think it may leave a mark. First experience for our HOA was incredible. I want to find more things they can do for us.

Wes and his team did a great job trimming many trees at our house. Really amazed at how much they can get done in just a day! The whole team was very knowledgeable. We were concerned other companies might hack all the trees back, but Wes and team built the plan around what we wanted done and what the trees needed.

Called for an estimate, came out within a day or two, I wasn’t even home but I told them I didn’t need to be. Emailed me the estimate, had them out the following week and everything was done perfect. Will definitely use again for next job. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! They showed up right on time for an estimate and went over everything in detail. Estimate was very competitive. They came on a wet and cold day and completed the job and cleaned up everything behind them. Workers were very courteous and professional. Very friendly office staff also. Absolutely first class work and excellent service. I was quite impressed with how natural the canopy looked when the crew was done. Although we had a lot of work performed on very large trees, it was done in a manner that made the work undetectable to the untrained eye. If you did not see before and after pictures (which were night and day) you might not know any work was done at all--a true sign of a qualified and professional crew that knows what they are doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

After the straight line wind we had in Arlington recently, I immediately called Alpine for a partial downed tree. Over the years I have always used Alpine to tend too and remove problem trees. I have always found them to be most professional and thorough. This time was the same. Michael was the arborist who came out. Since I have lots of trees I asked him to look at trimming all the tees and removal of mistletoe build up on one odd tree. I have a number of large oak trees and a couple of other types. I agreed to the appointment and Michael came out with the usual great team of workers and professional equipment. They did a wonderful job, putting in a full day.
Many of my neighbors had trees down and fell for the cheap guy with a truck and a chainsaw. Their experience was not good. The risk of injury and lawsuits is to high for using a cheap non professional.
You can't go wrong with Alpine.
