Highly recommended. Several limbs from two large oak trees were rubbing against my roof. Wesley Rivers gave me a detailed and fair estimate. The crew of three men who did the work were all professional, courteous, and professional. They arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.

I've used Alpine for several years and they've always given excellent advice. Their superior knowledge has helped in making great decisions without any pressure. They've clearly communicate what they will do and complete the work with great follow up. Their crews are dressed professionaly and leave the property clean. I share my experiences with friends and family suggesting they use Alpine Tree Services if they want it done right.

We have used Bartlett Tree Service (formerly Alpine) twice & had great results both times. They have removed a total of seven tall trees from our back yard & also performed pruning. Arborist, Jeremy Patterson, gives great advice on how & why the trees should be removed or pruned. The crews have cut the logs to the requested length & stacked the firewood. They also clean up very well after their work is complete. They have also ground stumps after tree removal. Highly recommend this company.

I've used Alpine Tree Service twice this year and been very happy with both experiences. In each event, Jeremy arrived within a couple of hours after I requested an estimate. Both times I accepted the estimate and the work was completed the same day. The workmen cleaned up the site better than tree services I've used in the past. No debris was left behind and the driveway areas were swept clean.

Since the second experience I've recommended Alpine Tree Service to two friends and will recommend Alpine again if asked to give a referral. This is a company that provides great customer service at an affordable price.

Have used them for years. One time they came out right after a storm and advised us on whether we could salvage a live oak that had lost a big branch. Michael Smith was watching my 10-year-old son clear some of the more manageable pieces and spent time with him showing him the right way to cut and use his saw. Genuinely good and honest people! Fair prices (not cheap). And experts at making sure trees are healthy and there for a long time. Do not use anyone who just swings by and offers their services. Tree trimming is a science, so call on real pros.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. Very helpful and took the whole tree down and cleaned all up. Glad I chose this company. Friendly people and very reasonable price (i shopped around). Will use again!

Highly recommend the crew and arborist, they are very knowledgeable, highly skilled, professional and courteous. The Martin and Martin Crew were top notch at taken down a 50 foot plus tall red oak tree in extreme distress that was next to my house and pruned the other two trees of the same size with perfect precision. the Arborist, Kyle, directed the assessment of the needs for each tree and identified the tree maintenance plan for each tree, and the Crew, Martin and Martin executed the plan to perfection. I am very glad I choose the Southlake TX Barlett Tree Experts for my tree removal and tree maintenance.

Update: Updating from 1 star to 3 stars. After we left this review and filled out their survey, Jeremy reached out and a crew showed up the very next day to grind the stump. He also apologized, which we appreciated.

We are still waiting for the 2nd half of our tree removal (stump grinding). It's been over a month since the 1st part was completed, and Jeremy has been completely unresponsive to both phone calls and emails. The office has told us they would come last Friday and nobody showed up. We have not heard anything from the office since. Pretty poor service. We would not recommend them for your tree service.

I am very satisfied with Bartlett Tree Experts! It’s nice to work with a tree company that is all about saving trees and not about cutting them down. My arborist, Sean Fenton, is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose my tree’s problem and recommend a treatment plan to save it. He spent a generous amount of time explaining everything to me. The technicians who came out to do the treatments were very professional and diligently preformed their work. I trust Bartlett to do what’s right for my tree and highly recommend this company.

When we moved into our house last year there was a tree obviously dying. Cameron from Bartlett came and looked at that tree and determined it couldn’t be saved but he also noted several others were at risk. He gave us a plan of things, some for us to do others that he would do. A year later our trees are healthy and doing well! Wry happy with the service.

He never pushes for unnecessary work, and when we did decide to proceed with pruning our trees he got us a quote right away. The work crew was very professional, and they did a great job as well.

Cameron was extremely professional and helpful with the care of our trees. We've been putting it off because we were worried that the trees would get destroyed or mangled, but the team chopped them up right! They look great, the overall shape is the same, just looks like they got a haircut; the goals were all met of protecting the house and driveway, the grass is getting more light and they seriously left it cleaner than when they arrived. Pricing was good too, we were expecting a good bit more than what it actually cost.

The crew removed a 20+ year old large Bradford Pear tree on a very hot day which took them several hours. Were very courteous and completed the job without any damage to property, so I gave them a cash tip.

Thorough tree inspection - they identified and treated a pest issue, saving my trees from further harm.

The ladies were very professional and took great care of my home.
