We switched to Noah's Pool Service about 4 months ago and wish we had done so earlier. Their quality of service is exceptional and the range of options for typical cleaning and maintenance is great.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with our vacuum on the first visit and have been providing proactive recommendations to replacing components on our aging system without high-pressure sales or upselling (paraphrasing: "We found this issue. We have a temporary fix, but you'll need to consider replacing it soon since it's 22 years old.").

Finally, their customer service is top-notch. I have no issues calling if I have questions and have always gotten a quick response. I'm normally a "mercenary" when it comes to services, but I think we are going to stick with Noah's for a long time. Thank you!

They went through a phase where the pool tech switched each week. So each week I would come home to an empty hot tub with motors on that we’re not supposed to be and other problems. This is because the tech didn’t know my system kept switching.
Upon my complaint and separation of business, they completely refunded me my last month. They were extremely easy to communicate with when I had problems and we’re always quick to fix them. Eventually decided to clean the pool myself. However, I can admit they did everything they could to fix the problem .

I have been using Noah's pool service for over a year now, with positive results. They text each week before arriving, update the maintenance card, and leave the pool sparkling clear. When a piece of my equip failed last month, they came to the rescue with an affordable quote with options and had it fixed in no time after my approval. If your looking for a quality pool cleaning company, that communicates, is honest, and keeps the water sparkling clear year round....Noah's the one!!!

We have used Noah's Pool Service for many years now. We have been very pleased with their high level of customer service. They are very responsive and professional. The office staff is great at communicating with billing and other administrative items. They almost always get back with us same day via email or phone call.
The technicians are very knowledgeable and perform great work. Our techs also call ahead before each visit to let us know they will be arriving soon. One of the best things we like about Noah's are the blast voicemails that we receive regularly with tips on how to deal with upcoming weather, changes to billing, changes to service day, etc. Again, their service and level of communication is outstanding!

We have just started using Noahs Pool Service about a month ago. Amber at the office was so helpful and kind. She made the set up process super simple. Our Technician Gavin has done a wonderful job as well. Great communication and takes his time to make sure things are done right. It is so much appreciated! Well Done!

We were so happy with Noah's at first. The pool looked great and we loved that they sent a text before they arrived so we could make sure the pool was empty. However, in the past month, they have skipped a service, didn't brush the pool, and we got an algae bloom. Understand this happens, and we asked them to come out and remedy, which meant two extra trips in the same week.

I'm not sure what they're actually doing, but the day after they left, my husband took our water to be tested somewhere else and it needed 3 lbs of shock and 35 lbs of alkalizer. Sadly, after two weeks of our pool looking awful, we decided to no longer use Noah's.

I have been using Noah's Pool Service for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. My water has never looked so clear. They are the experts on pool chemistry! I love receiving texts from them letting me know they are on the way so I can make sure my pets are inside. I highly recommend this company. You can tell they really do care. Great techs, super friendly office staff and affordable!

Noah’s is a solid pool company. They show up consistently and have kept my pump in good shape over the last three years. While their prices have increased significantly, they are still competitive. They are easy to reach by phone and responsive to feedback. I wish they used better technology to track pool readings and filter cleanings instead of a card stuck in the pool pump power box, but beyond that, I trust them to take care of my pool and I can’t ask much more than that.

We just started Noah's Pool Service a couple of months ago and so far they have been fantastic. Our Techs have been amazing and Andrew keeps me informed on each visit and preps the pool for each weekend pool party :) . We have been very happy with the service!

We enjoyed our experience with Noah's pool service. They always kept our pool levels managed well and were very quick to communicate via email or telephone call if there was any additional needs. They did our weekly maintenance, replaced our filter and parts, and connected us with helpful contractors to help us with our pool needs!

False advertising for Cleaning Service pricing. If they are not transparent with their pricing, I can see why they have so many bad reviews from their actually customers on actual service. Do not sign up with a company who don’t offer what they advertise.

Do not give them business!

4/26 - Updating review again. Xavier's exceptional pool tech skills and outstanding customer service abilities were the sole reasons I decided to continue my association with this company. Following the incident on April 23, Xavier reached out to me to understand the issues. He immediately reassured me of his commitment to resolving the issues to maintain my patronage. He personally undertook the task of restarting the pool, even going the extra mile to vacuum the dirt and sand. Post completion, he called to follow up with me to confirm the completion of the task and ascertain my satisfaction. Despite the less than satisfactory service from others in the office, Xavier graciously waived off the pool restart charges. I hope other office employees will emulate Xavier's exemplary customer service, involving listening to the customer, providing solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Kudos to Xavier, who undoubtedly deserves a generous raise from Noah!!

4/23 - Updating review given the customer service received recently from the front office. Last week, on Thursday, I asked for a tech to come out and perform a pool restart as a result of draining my pool recently due to tile work that was done. I was informed a tech could come out the following Monday and treat the pool. A tech failed to show up and service the pool on Monday. I called and spoke with a manager named Vanessa and she informed me that it would be $250 for the restart and a lead tech would be out the next day, on Tuesday, to do the work. I was shocked because the other person that I spoke with, the Thursday prior, neglected to mention the price of this service. Vanessa agreed to a $50 credit in order to retain me as a customer and scheduled a lead tech to arrive the next day. No tech arrived and when I called the office to find out what happened, the rep essentially couldn't help schedule the tech and provided the excuse that they were waiting for authorization from me which was completely inaccurate. Vanessa was unavailable to assist and the rep says "I don't have a dog in this fight so I can't do anything for you". I asked if she was employed by Noah's Pool Service, to which she replied "yes". I promptly said then, ma'am I believe you do have a dog in this fight. Amelia promised to have someone contact me tomorrow to discuss the matter. Certainly not holding my breath and currently shopping for a new pool company.
