The best in TX! We have been with Noah’s ever since we moved here from Utah and we absolutely love it! Today, we happened to be sitting eating lunch when Yoel showed up to clean the pool. He went above and beyond, being meticulous with the details and made our pool look fantastic for our gathering this weekend. We cannot recommend Noah’s highly enough!

I had the best experience with Noah’s pool service. They lived up to all the services promised. My pool technician Nate was great and he not only serviced pool but shared some great grilling recipes with me as well. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. If I resume or need pool services in the future; Noah’s pool service can count me in as a returning customer.

I would like to shout out for RICKY for doing a great job every week and making our pool as crystal clear and clean. We had this pool company for a year. At first they were great. Then I would get random charges without being asked first on my cc. Then our pump went out. They tried giving us an astronomical amount to fix it. In this economy I am happy to have a pool service. The pool unfortunately turned green before qe could purchase a pump. Which by the way was half the price. They came out and just threw shock in it. This of course is a waste without adding algaecide etc. Which they still want to charge me for. Not doing anything to the pool. Then they called me and told me I needed to drain pool and have it power washed $1500. If it took me this long to get a pump what makes you think we can afford that. I said no i just want it cleaned like they did when we first had them come out which was $100-$200 to get it clear. They told me $500-$600. I said you know what I'll find someone else. Everyone is struggling and to take advantage of people is ridiculous. So we found another company to clear it half the price and no astronomical charges. I don't recommend this company for all these reasons above.

I would give a zero if I could. After 1 year of using their service, I now have to drain my pool and have it acid washed because they let the cyanuric acid build up to over 2x what it should be. About $2k in service and water cost for their lack of proper testing and chemical use. DO NOT USE THEM!

5-23-25 I was contacted today by Noah, the owner who has asked to correct the situation. This is greatly appreciated and i am willing to see what can be done. Will update again but a very positive step in the right direction.

I have been very pleased with Noah's pool service. My primary tech has been Dayne and he has done a terrific job! He is consistent with when he comes, always texts to let me know he is on his way, and does a great job in caring for my pool and reporting any issues he notes. I have very much appreciated the service offered, as well as the service when I have to all the office about anything.

Noah’s pool team is awesome. They’ve been servicing my pool for over a year now. Daniel is our pool tech and is so wonderful. The time and effort he puts into maintaining the pool is incredible. The office team is just as awesome. They keep you informed on any changes or delays, which are not many and Shelly is amazing. I would highly recommend Noah’s to anyone who has a pool.

I have been with Noah's Pools Service coming up on a year. From the techs to the office staff, they have been very helpful with any issues I may have. Andrew has been coming out most weeks and does a great job keeping my pool clean and operating correctly...I have peace of mind! I have been with Noah’s Pool Service a few years and my pool has always been well maintained and extremely clean. The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and have no problem with addressing any concerns I may have. The entire staff is super friendly, professional and provide 5 Star customer service. Shelly is top notch!! No matter when I call, she makes sure everything runs smoothly. I am happy with this staff and service all around. I recommend Noah’s if you need honest and good pool service!!

I had the pleasure working with Amber to secure my pool's maintenance agreement with Noah's Pool Service. Amber was a consummate professional and an absolute joy to work with. If it was not for her great demeanor, I would have gone elsewhere for my services. The prices were right for the services they offer. I shopped around initially but returned quickly to Noah's who had the best price for what I was looking for. I am a first-time pool owner and now I do not have to worry about its maintenance because I will have the best doing it for me. It is a great peace of mind not having to worry if I am doing it right and leaving it up to the experts to do what they do best. I look forward to many years with Noah's. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for pool services.

My pool Tech Andrew Maue is amazing. He communicates clearly, he’s friendly & knowledgeable. I travel a lot for work, I always get pictures and details of my pool sent to me weekly. Additionally, anytime I call Noah’s Pool their customer service representatives are always nice.

I have been working with this company for 2 weeks. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My Polaris broke and someone came to look at it. They never bothered to follow up with me and say it was broken (they claimed they sent someone to fix it)- i had to call them twice to find it wasn't actually working. When i finally got a quote to replace it they wanted a $300 service charge and were almost $275 higher than other quotes. They claim they came this week (never saw anyone) and my pool is literally green. My kids wont swim in it as they are so grossed out by it. Also, they don't clean the pool as part of the service- called around and got similar monthly quotes that actually include cleaning the pool, not just chemical treatment, based upon the color of my pool i dont even think this is happening.. Terrible experience with this company.

Awesome Company! Very professional and fairly priced. They do everything necessary to keep your pool clean and functional. Definitely recommend for anyone with a pool.

Just started pool service with noaha’s after managing my pool myself for years. Tristan did a fantastic job, he explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. My pool looks fabulous.

We entrusted Noah's to care for our 15,000 gallon pool for over a year, and it was constant issues that required weekly phone calls into their office to try and rectify the situation with their various, and numerous, technicians. Our chemicals ended up so completely out of balance that I recieved a chemical burn on my chest as a result of the absurdly high chlorine levels. We have multiple motion- activated cameras in our backyard that were capturing technicians spending, on average, 4-6 min TOTAL "cleaning" our pool, including brushing, emptying baskets, checking chemical levels, pressure valve levels, etc- all of the various items that we were being billed for on a monthly basis that were simply NOT being done. Every time we alerted Noah's to an issue, there were promises that a "better/ more experienced technician" would be sent, and that simply did not occur. My husband ended up speaking to the owner after my chemical burn, and still the issues were not resolved. We had to hire a specialty pool service to come drain 50% of our pool and refill it to get our chemicals back to a swim- safe level, costing not only additional money, but time not spent enjoying our pool. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company, and truly urge other pool owners to do their due diligence in seeking another alternative, if only to prevent what happened to our pool. We provided ample opportunity for the many issues to be fixed or resolved, and they simply were not. We were billed monthly regardless of how poor the condition of our pool water was, and it has been nothing but one incredibly frustrating experience with this company.

Second time they have come out and they have left my pool crystal everytime. I’ve had different pool guys each time but both did amazing jobs! Although I did get a dry start warning from my pump when he left, maybe he didn’t know how or something? Easy fix but not always the case!

First time pool owner and so thankful I called Noah's. The technician Gavin was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. He helped me figure out the spa features as well as a variety of other areas. I am very thankful to have signed up for this service.

I changed to Noah’s over a year ago and have been pleasantly pleased. Yodah comes weekly and is so friendly and does an excellent job. Tristan comes for equipment problems. I am a first-time pool owner with a newly purchased home and had lots of questions to understand the pool, maintenance and care. Two folks at Noah's have sealed the deal. My first contact with Amber was delightful! She was so patient, friendly and put me at ease; very knowledgeable about pool care also. Then I met my technician James, who sealed the deal by taking extra time to show and explain equipment, teach me little things for self-maintenance, and he was kind, professional and gave me a sense of assurance that my needs were important. I have had all positive experiences with Noah's. They were highly referred by the folks who owned the home previously and had used them for years. It's great to have good folks to do business with!
