After having a very difficult time building my pool with a former company I called Noah’s Pools. They have been amazing! They are professional, caring, & go out of their way to serve customers. They are cost-effective and work within your budget. Noah - the owner personally called me when I had a concern with algae (common in my area) and promptly treated my pool. I’ve not had an algae issue since. He also offered me a max out referral bonus of $250. So tell them Wendy referred you! 😂 Shelly - one of the managers is simply THE BEST! Her customer service and sense of caring is priceless. She takes time to listen, explains their processes & works to remedy any concerns I’ve had as a first time pool owner. She didn’t just treat me like a wining customer - she treated me like a person who deserved the best customer service. I feel like I can call and talk to her as a friend. UNLIKE ANY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES I’VE EVER HAD! The entire staff is so customer focused. Big shout outs to Noah & Shelly. Y’all rock & thank you!

When Noah's Pool Service took over the maintenance on my pool last April it was in bad shape. In just a few weeks they had it looking great and I get compliments on my pool all of the time. Thanks to everyone at Noah's. See photos.

We’ve been using Noah’s Pool Service since July or August, and we’ve been quite pleased. Our technician, Justin, is excellent, and our support representative, Amber, has been nothing short of phenomenal.

I feel like I won the lottery having Andrew as our technician. Our pool is hard to keep up with due to being surrounded by trees, plus we’re getting older. Andrew has done a fantastic job keeping our pool clean and in great shape. The communication with the office has been fantastic as well.

Andrew's service on our pool has been outstanding. He is incredibly reliable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what he's done and if any issues need attention. Our pool has never looked better.

As a military family, we only owned our home in Texas for two years, but we were glad to have Noah's take care of our pool the entire time! Not being super accustomed to the heat, having a pool while in Keller made our family time infinity better than it would have been otherwise. We loved being able to host friends and enjoy the outdoor space. Having a pool takes a lot of work, but Noah's did the heavy lifting and allowed us to feel confident that it was well cared for. Highly recommend!

We have been with Noah’s for about a year now. We’ve experienced many different techs. Some have been good some have been really good and obviously care about their work. Today, I watched a tech that hasn’t been here before. I can say this young man may have been the best pool tech we’ve experienced in many years of owning a pool. Once he left I immediately contacted the shop to give him “his job well done” to the company. I was sure someone at the shop had pre tipped him off on some of the unique things regarding our pool. I was surprised and shocked to not only hear he wasn’t tipped off and that he was a NEW EMPLOYEE. Wow, he did an amazing job and was conscientious of the details needed with the pool. So good training, good leadership to understand the leaders intent but most of all GREAT JOB SAMUEL. You did things that took weeks if not a month for other techs to get right. I hope you enjoy your time at Noah’s and keep up the great work and exceeding expectation so fast for someone new. Darren

Wow!!! The quality of service at Noah's is fantastic. I was not expecting such a difference in my pool! The first picture is from Wednesday and the second is from Friday. The attention to detail, communication and results speak for themselves! Aside from that Megan made signing up for service so simple and the technician Samuel that did my first visit is phenomenal!!! Can't recommend a better company.

Noah’s Pool Service is simply the Best and Absolutely Amazing! Their customer service is Top Tier. Every employee from this company seems to care about the customer. I do not have one negative thing to say about them. They are efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and most of all budget freely. While all the employees I have come across are great, two stands out to me as SUPERSTARS, Matt and Shelly. They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Matt cleans our pool with such precision and takes the time to address every issue and concern regarding the pool without me having to stand over him and point things out. He is METICULOUS in his work, and I can trust that each time he services my pool, nothing is left undone. He is absolutely the BEST!!! Now there’s Ms. Shelly, she is a ROCK STAR and Noah’s Pool hit the Jackpot when hiring her. She is one of the most kindhearted and understanding people I have ever met in business. Her customer service and passion for her customers are unmatched. A few weeks back I had decided to cancel with Noah’s Pool Service to save money even though I hated to do it. I called and explained why I needed to cancel, and the customer service rep kindly completed my request over the phone. A few minutes later, Ms. Shelly called me and asked if there was anything they had done wrong and of course I said NO, the service was GREAT, but I wanted to try and lower my monthly household cost. She asked me to give her a chance to convince me to stay and we talk for at least an hour. She gave me options, discounts on some services, and advise on how to lower my monthly pool expenses. I enjoyed every minute of our conversation and after speaking with her; I decided to not cancel my service. She was so professional and understanding. I didn’t feel like just “another customer”, she treated me like family. In this day and time, it is so hard to find people/companies who truly care about you and your financial well-being, but Ms. Shelly did. She represents Noah Pool Service with dignity, Pride, and Grace. You can really see that she cares about this company and its owner, Noah, as she consistently sings his praise. I think that is great as it shows how genuine she is. NOAH, you have a RARE GEM in Ms. Shelly, do what you can to keep her. I am forever a customer because of the great service you and your staff provide and most of all because Ms. Shelly showed me, she cared about me as an individual as well as customer. That goes a long way with me. Thank you, Shelly and Matt!!!

Noah’s pool service is amazing! Their customer service is top tier, everyone who I spoke with on the phone was professional and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell or get me to sign up for extra things, they were very transparent and when I mentioned what other companies had stated I needed they let me know what they agreed with and what they didn’t. They helped turn my pool from a swap to swim ready in about three days. When I called letting them know I needed the pool to be drained and cleaned they scheduled me the next day. Shelly called for a follow up to see how the pool was doing and asked for feedback. All of the techs were great and very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy that I found Noah’s pool service and recommend them to anyone who has a pool. (Before Noah’s I had called integrity pools, their customer service rep was rude, told me they would charge $1,200 just to drain the pool and then they would let me know the additional cost for cleaning and they didn’t have any openings for several months)

We have been with Noah’s for about a year - the first few months were good, we did a pricey onboarding and filter cleaning and then paid $188 a month….much more than what’s advertised on their site…however the past 6 months the pool has been dirty and I’ve noticed the brushing of the sides of the pool varies week to week based on 🤷🏼‍♀️ my office faces the yard and sometimes they brush, sometimes not. It was just not looking good at all and didn’t seem worth the high ticket.

A month ago we were notified of a leak at the pump and an algae bloom, we paid extra to treat the algae but the pool became neon green while we worked on getting funds to fix the leak. We also paid extra for filter cleaning. Seems like every month there are more and more charges aside from the monthly $188.

I got then a $200 bill for August and called for clarity on why I was being charged so much to have a green pool? Was told other companies could get it looking good but it would be not swimmable…I said I didn’t think it would be too much to have a pool that was blue AND swimmable based on my monthly charge. We’ve ‘paused’ services based on their suggestion. I stated in both an email and in voicemail that I wasn’t inclined to pay them to fix the pump when our services have not been great, they said the pool is green from the leak but it’s really just looked bad for much longer than that. Super bummed in the services and they don’t seem to want to work with me to keep my business so I guess it’s mutual.

We have used Noah's pool service for quite some time now. Angus does an awesome job. He makes sure we are happy with the cleaning each time he is here. He is super courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and addresses any concerns we ever have. We are super happy that he is the one calling on us to do our cleaning each week. Nice to see his friendly face on a regular basis. We are happy customers.

For 25 years I vacuumed my own pool and had a service do the chemicals. I decided to have this done by a service. I used a friend of a friend, big mistake. Service was always questionable and we never knew when our pool would be serviced. Our pool was dark green with algae. I had to move on. I researched pool services and chose Noah. Our pool has never looked better. We just did a remodel as shown in the picture. Noah isn't the cheapest, I did that already. The best part is our service tech, his name is Rickie. He always contacts us letting know he is on the way, nice no surprises. We have formed a relationship with Rickie. We don't want anybody else cleaning our pool. We hope Rickie doesn't loose our number.
