Brown Chimney demonstrated excellent customer service in providing an estimate which was completed by Levi and installation of a new fireplace back wall and floor. I didn't know about the potential fire hazards of a cracked wall and floor. Thanks Levi, we'll done.

I contacted Brown Chimney after finding their info online. I spoke with Ben who was very helpful. I felt extremely comfortable hiring the company after my conversation with Ben. Due to circumstances his inspector could not come inspect the chimney at a house I was interested in purchasing. When Ben called to inform me the company couldn't make inspection he took the time to find me another fireplace inspector instead of leaving me in a bind. He went above and beyond for me. I really recommend if you need any of his services, call Ben at Brown Chimney. You will not be disappointed and happy you made the call. The house fell through so I will be calling Ben to inspect the fireplace in the next home. I will use their company for "ALL" my fireplace needs. Call Ben, you will be happy you made the call.

Levi was fabulous! Very professional and able to get the chimney up and running very quickly. He also took the time to educate me on the workings of the outdoor chimney which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend them!

Pictures of the chimney and cap looked excellent. I had to leave to attend a memorial service for a friend…when I returned it was easy to see heavy carbon-black dust on about 30 sq ft in front of the fireplace. Based on the price charged, I am really disappointed in the amount of “black dust” that was not cleaned up. I expected that that part of the floor to be covered and cleaned. Because of the amount of the “dust” I may now have vacuum my furniture. In my opinion, this job was just not finished!

UPDATE: I did speak with the owner, and he offered me two options…He would send a cleaning crew to my home to remove the black soot from floors and furniture or a reasonable refund off my invoice. I was pleased with the refund and am happy that my fireplace is now safe to use.

The woman that answered the phone was very rude. Her name was Vanessa. She was very condescending. I’m not going to use you guys for that reason. I own several properties in Texas. You guys lost my business for having such a terrible
customer service.

Levy impressed us from the first visit. He honestly presented what should be done and explained why. Our fireplace had not been used in several years. On his return trip, he continued respectfully finishing the job. Levy is an asset to your company.

After reaching out and rescheduling their visit, I was very happy with the outcome. They did an excellent job and provided good customer service!

Very disappointed! Set an appointment and no one showed. No phone call or email communication from Brown Chimney to cancel or change. Totally unacceptable customer service.

Levi did a great job inspecting our chimney, explaining the work needed, and completing the repair. In addition to doing good work, they were polite and left everything spotless. We are happy with the services and plan to use Brown Chimney again in the future.

I had a down draft issue with my wood burning stove, but after Alon came to assess the issue,it took him not more than a day to get the job done and done right. Highly recommend!

Daniel walked me through the completed project when they were finished to make sure everything was done the way we wanted. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience with Brown Chimney was great! I was able to schedule an appointment online, on a Sunday even which was convenient for my schedule. Levi called me within the window of time I had scheduled to let me know he was should arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived just as he said. Levi inspected my fireplace quickly and was on his way about 30 minutes after arriving (I wasn’t expecting any issues, just a quick safety check). I’d call Brown Chimney in the future.

Great service. Levi was very knowledgeable and explained all repair options to me to make my fireplace safe and useful for the upcoming winter weather. He also gave me upgrades and maintenance to plan for in the future and ensured I knew how to safely turn on and off my fireplace. My fireplace is safe...clean and in use. I will definitely use their services again.

Levi at Brown Chimney did an excellent job. He is great to work with He did an excellent job, cleaning the chimney sealing the brick around the chimney. Also he replaced the siding on one of the 2 chimneys. He had a custom chimney caps made for both chimneys. All this at a very reasonable price After the job was done, he checked back with me twice to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction I highly recommend Brown Chimney

Alon did a fabulous job. He remeasured all pieces to make sure they all fit perfectly. I now have a beautiful fireplace.

Alon and Mike showed up today for an assessment after I contacted the company only yesterday.
The gentlemen were very respectful and kind. They are definitely knowledgeable about chimneys and inspected the flashing, chimney inside house and outside as well as the cap.
Alon took the time to explain and show pictures of different types of caps allowing me to decide preference. A large Custom built cap by Brown Chimney looks like a great choice.
Alon also gave me a heads up on ordering and turnaround time.
