My technician Sean N. was fantastic. He was on time for the appointment. Super respectful, knowledgable and friendly. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing in an easy to understand manner. This is a great company and I would recommend them if you need your dryer vents cleaned.

Our dryer vents had years of build up and our dryer was no longer able to dry the clothes. Lance Perry owns his own company and does all his own work. He located the outside wall vent high up on an exterior wall, examined the vent and took a photo of the inside to show me the extreme build up. He cleaned the vent thoroughly from the outside standing on a 12-ft. ladder. Lance is very experienced, highly professional, and extremely competent and I will use him again.

This is the second time I’ve used Dryer Ventz and I’ve been impressed both times. I tried to DIY cleaning my dryer vent. I bought the equipment, my wife and I set it up, and the brush got stuck in the vent. I called on July 4th expecting to leave a message but the owner, Lance Perry, picked up and said “Happy 4th of July how can I help you?” I told him what I had done and how stupid I felt for not calling him in the first place. He said that he had the equipment to be able to retrieve the brush and that he would send someone out the following morning. Wyatt, the same person who cleaned our vent several months ag, out and was timely, very professional and helpful in getting the work done. I highly recommend this company.

I recently retained Lance/Dryer Vent Cleaning of Tarrant County to clean out the dryer vent in our house. I had been almost ten years since the last cleaning (by someone else), so decided we really ought to get it checked. The young man Lance sent over arrived within the time frame indicated, anddid not wasteany time getting to work. It took about 20 minutes, and no additional cleanup required. The young man was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable, fair pricing, on time, communicative, great work! Really appreciate Lance and Wyatt who came to do the dryer vent clean out and swap of an improper (uncleanable) air vent in place of a proper dryer vent on the roof. A different company quoted me 2x the price. Wyatt is a roofer so I have no doubt that the job at was done correctly and I will have no issues. Thanks guys! Wow, the best customer service I can remember in a long time! The service was for a rental home with new renters that had dryer vent blockage so needed cleaning, along with some roof vent repair required. Not only was the communication on service date and time provided with reminders but it was sent to myself and our tenant. Great overall experience. Scheduling was easy with Lance, and Sean came out for free inspection and estimate. Wrong roof vent was installed last time roof was replaced and Wyatt came out and cleaned out the dryer vent and installed the proper roof vent and our clothes are now completely dry on one cycle! Our furnace broke down on New Years Day, it was -30 degrees. Conway Heating and Cooling Southlake technician was so unbelievably helpful. He had a look at it and let us know he thought we'd be wasting our money trying to fix it and recommended a very reasonable new furnace. He got it in a couple of days for us and had it installed in no time. He's a pleasure to work with and his prices are fantastic. We had him install a new A/C for us a few months later and his service and prices were just as fantastic. Very, very highly recommended.
