Repair man was nice and helpful, explained the issue well and the best options for our situation.

Devo quickly solved the issue and repaired the unit then he explained to me the advantages of adding a compressor saving kit. He proved it with his clamp meter. The only issue was he was new with the company and the quote was different from the total price but we worked it out and I am satisfied. Truly a life saver in this Texas heat.

Joshua was very personable, polite, and professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.

Once again, had an HVAC check-up visit with Taylor - nice, professional and did a fine job. No changes were needed to our system. We like the AGES maintenance package. Looking at getting vents cleaned next and they gave us some good quotes.

The last thing you want is for your AC to stop working when it’s a million degrees outside. Taylor was so kind, punctual, and understanding. He was able to get to our house first thing in the morning. He took time to walk my husband through everything and got our AC up and running fast. We’re so thankful!

Lee did a great job in rushed conditions. He even made an extra trip up and down a high ladder when we realized it was blocking my car!

Recommend. Steve, Logan and Nate took great care of us. Things didn’t go as planned (no fault on these guys, was a faulty air handler) and they went above and beyond to make things right. Logan and Steve worked hard to get everything taken care of and they worked around our schedule to make it happen. Definitely recommend. There are a lot of bad A/C companies out there, but AGES Services is one of the great ones! Thanks guys!
