Dryer duct and vent cleaning.

As part of a post sale home inspection Lance and his crew were at work cleaning my neighbors dryer vent. I was curious and stopped by to see the results. OMG! I could not believe the trapped lint that accumulated just below the roofline. There was no air circulation at all or venting coming out of the dryer. Seeing the clog I immediately asked Lance if he would take a look at my home next-door. He finished up my neighbors came over within 10 minutes took the cap off the dryer vent on the roof and showed me the inside. It was worse than my neighbors! I hired him on the spot and it took him and his roofer about 45 minutes to remove and replace vent cap, repair the roof, and actually clean all the ductwork inside the attic down into the dryer vent.

Lance is great. My new clothes dryer wasn't working properly because the dryer vent was completely clogged. I had the old style flex vent hose so Lance replaced it with rigid metal and a new outside vent cap. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend Lance and Dryer Ventz!
