Our technician was really very professional and thorough. We have four large units in our house. He looked at all of them just to make sure they’re running properly after being called for just one. I would highly recommend them. I’ve used all the big guys Radiant, Fox ABC. These people are good and reasonable. They charge a reasonable price without overcharging

Henry was outstanding!! He fit us in last minute as we were told by a previous company that we had a propane leak. Henry completed a thorough test of the attic and bubble test confirmed a leak and he was able to fix with a couple turns of a wrench. Our units are about 11 years old and Henry spent time to educate us on the new technology and recommendations for how and when to proceed on replacement. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be using HVAC cowboys in the future!

Jordan did a great job prepping my powderbath for an update. He did a Lanie demo, some carpentry, a little plumbing and wall repair. Great communication, timely, cleaned up the mess, fair price. Will definitely call him again

We had an excellent experience with HVAC Cowboys (we needed help with our mini split and we called them based on their excellent reviews). Henry Newsom was our technician and he couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing and diagnosing thoroughly and documented it all with excellent notes, photos and video. We were extremely impressed and highly recommend him and the company.

HVAC Cowboys came out same day to address our A/C issue. Our technician Jorge quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then came back the next day to study and confirm all working properly! Will definitely use them again!

I had an amazing experience with this HVAC company! Noah was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through a detailed estimate for a new HVAC system. He explained all my options clearly and answered every question I had. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I highly recommend going to the Cowboys for a new system.

Worked with Phillip over the phone on estimates and lead-times for some HVAC equipment. HVAC Cowboys was professional, fast, and very helpful. Would definitely keep them on your short-list of HVAC specialists to work with. Hoping to not need repairs again in the near future but if we do, will reach out to them for sure.

I don’t normally leave reviews for good service because of review fatigue, but the company and Phil in particular were great from start to finish. Got the dreaded realization that the AC wasn’t cooling adequately and realizing I would have to call someone. Other namebrand hvac companies in Austin literally quoted me $80K once to replace the whole system after a minor issue a couple years ago. Anyway, same day, $450 dollars later, and no upsells, my ac is cranking again. 5 stars.

HVAC Cowboys technician, Phillip, arrived on time for the appointment and performed the service quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and courteous with the tenants who had met Phillip during two previous visits. I've been an Architect for 44 years and have worked with dozens of HVAC techs on both commercial and residential projects. Phillip is among the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional I've worked with. Highly recommend!

Breeden was super helpful to my mom, Kathy! Another company came out twice to come out and “repair” her ac system but it continually failed. Breeden was referred by a neighbor. Not only did he came out quickly and fix the problem immediately, he was also kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to my mother.
