I have read some of the other reviews (negative) but my HOA recommended this company and because I live in Spicewood, I would prefer someone local. For the service I needed, they were amazing!

I was adding a cold water tap for filtered cold water. I had the hole drilled in the countertop and just needed someone to install and split our water line. The facet was in a hard to reach area and I just didn't want to make any mistakes so I called SP and they were able to schedule me for a visit in just a few days.

They gave me a time frame and they are great about communication. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment and the technician sent me a few text messages letting me know he was on his way about how long it would take for him to arrive. Calvin was my technician and when he arrived, I showed him what I needed and right away he went to work. Overall, it might have taken an hour and when he was finished, he showed me the work he did and everything was working perfectly.

I know many people might have done this job themselves but I just didn't want any hassles and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing, someone who does work like this every day. They are very professional, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Scheduled a home visit within 24 hours. Calvin was our technician. Very knowledgeable and is a problem solver. Found and fixed water pressure challenges and fixed broken sealed toilet within minutes. Highly recommend.

I called to set up an appointment with them to service two toilets in my rental home. I was told that the technician will arrive, inspect the work that needs to be done and give me an estimate. Upon authorization, the work would be conducted. We even discussed the number to call for authorization.

On the day of, CJ, the plumber called me after completing the work to collect payment. When asked why the estimate was not discussed prior, he mentioned they almost never do that. His overall tone neither felt kind nor professional.

The work conducted was super minor. They replaced 2 filler valves and they were there for about not more than 20 mins for the work. The labor charged was 195$ for a total with parts, of $240. I'll let people decide if this was reasonable or not.

I did call the owner and expressed my displeasure about the experience. He didn't seem to care much and said he made some notes for whatever that's worth. I'll find a different plumber next time.

I’ve had spice wood plumbing out to my property to fix multiple issues they’ve always gone over and beyond to make sure everything was done properly they are very honest and dependable I will keep using them in the future.

Brandon was super helpful and knowledgeable about a particular issue with our pressure reducing valve that no one else could properly explain. He gave very helpful advice on how to clean and maintain our water softener. Very professional, cordial and thorough service call. Highly recommend.

Brandon came out today and fixed a leaking backflow valve. Very professional and quick repair. It was a pleasure to have him look over our system and he provided us with advice and some suggestions about upgrading our softener system.
