Reviews of local pros in Spicewood, Texas

I made contact was told somebody was coming out yesterday. No call back. No one called to tell me that they’re running late. No one showed …The following day midday. I get a phone call that someone from Spicewood plumbing is at my front door. No call. No coordination. Do not do business with Spicewood plumbing terrible company clueless as to what they’re doing with their customers so I can only imagine they’re clueless at what they’ll do with your plumbing.

Spicewood plumbing has great customer service. They always get back to me quickly and are easy to communicate with.
Their service guys are knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I never feel like they are pushing something on me. They always take the time to make sure I understand the issue and work with me to find the best solution. I can't imagine calling anyone else!

Recently Spicewood Plumbing replaced a toilet for me and their plumber, Josh, worked professionally and efficiently to do that installation.

Great Experience. Called in the morning for emergency service , my hot water tank was leaking and they were here in a few hours. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He also saw a few things that he recommended I do in the future as far as the piping for better efficiency. I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing issues.

All the work done was done well and quickly. My only complaint was the lack of communication from the office about delays due to vehicle issues.

Brandon and Sandy with Spicewood Plumbing were excellent. They identified the real problem and saved me thousands over what another plumber had suspected was the problem. They also installed a new Certiflow softener/filtration system and new toilet. Excellent job and very professional!

Had a water leak in my home and spicewood plumbing responded in less than an hour. Repairs were made. Brandon and Sandy were efficient and cleanup was great. Thank you. 5 stars.

They repaired a broken water supply line from the well.
Came out the same day and re-piped the system so this would not happen again. Had all the required supplies on their truck. Will definitely use them again.
