Josh did an excellent job installing 2 water heaters. He is pleasant, efficient and competent. Can't ask for more. Spicewood Plumbing is our plumber of choice.

Price to fix a simple sprinkler system break was outrageous. A job that required less than $10 worth of parts and required less than 15 minutes cost $275. Plummer showed up with no repair parts and had to go to Home Depot twice to get the repair parts.

Spicewood Plumbing service technician, Josh Savage did a fantastic job finding/detecting our leak in the slab which was damaging all our hardwood flooring. He was able to avoid a costly jack-hammering hole in the slab by bypassing the leak and rerouting pipes up thru attic. Very quick and highly effective at a very reasonable price.

This company is run by a hands- on owner who makes sure her plumbers are completely competent! I was so impressed with her follow up call to me. Hard to find this kind of service these days. I had a very difficult clog 40ft from my sink. My tech, Josh, also fixed a pipe I did not know was put in wrong during our build out. Now my dishwasher is more thorough! He also, gave advise on a new water heater and filtration system that they also specialize in selling and installing. I have found my plumbing company for life!

They were here in less than an hour & had the leak stopped. A tankless was installed the next day. Great service, honest work & fair pricing. You never want to hear “sorry your tankless water heaters (plural) did not withstand the low temps experienced by HSB” I even had water collecting in the electrical outlets. I had to replace two heaters … my builder put the tankless heaters on the exterior of my home and they are not built to withstand freezing temps. I felt very confident listening and learning from Josh Savage with Spicewood Plumbing. He carefully walked me through the process. New Navien tankless hot water heaters were installed with meticulous precision. It was a lengthy install and no steps were missed.
I am grateful to Josh for the tutorial for winterizing exterior tankless water heaters and now I feel more confident to follow his recommendations. It was a long day but I was so grateful that Spicewood had certified plumbing technicians to install new Naviens. I had a tutorial how to prevent future freezing of water lines within the tankless and Josh knows his business!! I am 100% satisfied and they are my “go to” plumbers for help!!
