This “company” is an absolute sham. Wasted two vacation days from work to sit around and wait on them. No-showed both times, had to call to get an explanation (1) had emergency come up and (2) stuck in traffic. Unsure what the play here is but they scamming people. Avoid at all costs.

Paul did a great job. Texted us he was on his way, Replaced the broken part, left the area cleaner than he found it and was gone. I can’t ask for anything more from a contractor. We will use A+ for all our appliance needs from now on.

That repairman was very nice, efficient and capable but the cost of the repair was a little higher than I had thought. I just found out that the part (defrost heater) that they replaced and charged me $205.00, I could have gotten on Amazon for $15! Now that's what I call markup.
