I live in close proximity to the google address, called to have someone come out and replace an oven igniter. He said the person who services my area was on vacation for 3 weeks. Couldn’t help

Tried calling to schedule a repair for a commercial freezer. I was told they are not able to schedule a tech for "weeks". Not acceptable. The person answering the phone also had a language barrier or verbal communication deficiency that wasn't helping.

**(UPDATE)** - The owner called me and asked me to take down the review. I politely refused. Now they have posted personal information on their reply WITHOUT CONSENT which is a violation of Google policies and possibly an INVASION OF PRIVACY and actionable in civil court. I'm politely asking to have my personal information removed immediately or my next actions will be through a lawyer.

I recently had my refrigerator break down unexpectedly, and I was worried about finding a reliable repair service. Luckily, I these guys on Google, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the first call, they were professional, friendly, and quick to schedule an appointment.

I am very pleased with Jeff’s professionalism and knowledge. Every experience has been very impressive. He knows exactly what to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone you can trust.

What most impressed me about the owner, Jeff, was that he manufactured at his shop 2 metal pieces that were broken in my oven door. Had he not taken the initiative to do this it would have cost me an additional $500+ to buy the front section of the oven door as manufacturer does not sell this part individually.

Jeff was great and professional. We were told to buy a new dryer but someone recommended Jeff. He fixed the issue quickly and reasonably.

Technician was punctual, professional & courteous. He thoroughly inspected my washer and determined all was in working order. I appreciated the fact he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, since I was expecting a repair. His fee of $59 was very reasonable. I will use them again.

The repair man showed up several minutes prior to my appointment. Wore shoe protectors upon entry. Visually and verbally explained the issue. Had the part needed for the repair amd repaired the oven quickly. Curious, respectful and friendly.

Great work and service on short notice for a dryer belt that broke. This is the second repair on our dryer, the first was the heating element. Highly recommend for any related repair.

What a great experience! Apparently the dishwasher door was closed too hard and the latch got stuck. No new parts needed, just an adjustment to release. Very honest and friendly service. Their magnet is now on the fridge and we will call them again if/when needed! 5+ Stars!!

Booked them after another company was a no show 2 days in a row. Contact was able to come out the next day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the drain pump on my washing machine all within an hour and a half. Great service. Definitely recommend!

Jeff was amazing. He diagnosed the problem when 2 other repair person before him failed to do so. He made sure it was fixed and was really great to work with. I would definitely use this company and specifically him for any future repairs.

I reached out to Jeff on a Monday to see when he could come by to fix our freezer. He was able to come that Tuesday and had it up and running within an hour. He also vacuumed and steamed the area behind the fridge. Very professional and kind!
