Jeff came out today to perform maintenance on our gas dryer. We had noticed a burning smell at one point. Appointment was easy to get for next day. He arrived on-time and was efficient, professional and informative. Will definitely use this company again for any appliance maintenance and repairs.

Jeff came out the same day to repair my washer that was not draining properly. He had the part with him so I was up and running very soon. He was very nice and friendly. He took the time to explain what could cause the issue at hand. He answered all my questions, even ones not related to the actual repair. I would recommend him to all my friends and family and definitely use him again when I have issues with other appliances.

What a delightful experience! Mr. Jeff came in with little booties on his shoes, very professional, and went straight to work on my dishwasher. I honestly wasn’t sure if he would be able to fix it, but he did. He found the problem right away and very cheerfully Repaired it and it works. Great service! I called with an issue with my washing machine, they came out within a couple hours. From the time they came out to diagnose the problem to when it was fixed was under an hour including going back to the shop for parts!

Jeff fixed 2 appliances in my home ( washing machine and dishwasher). He was fast, efficient and very professional. He told me that he owns his own business which allows him to charge his customers with a fair and reasonable price. One thing I really like about the way he fixes things is he points out to you what the problem is and gives you choices on how to best resolve it in a way that is cost effective (You can either buy the parts from him or order from Amazon whichever is cheaper) so you can save money. He is honest and an expert in his field. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Attached are the videos of my leaking washer ( before it was fixed). I was so satisfied with his work that I also had him fix my dishwasher.

Thorough and trustworthy. I was able to get a same day appointment. The technician listened to my explanation of the issues I was having with my dryer. He then did a full diagnosis, to include taking the dryer apart, checking the vents, checking the electrical components, checking the mechanical components, etc. He determined that the dryer was fine, and that the vent line to the roof was most likely the problem. He also left the area cleaner than what it was before he arrived. I really appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty.

I called at 10:30 thinking I would get on a waiting list for next week lol. The tech, Mr. Jeff, was there within an hour! He took dryer apart and quickly found the problem. Called for a price on the part and showed me his cost. By 1pm my gas dryer was not just fixed but, he also cleaned the very dirty inside of it lol Thank you so very much.

I can’t say enough good things about Kris and Kelly. I was told my 7 yr old Electrolux refrigerator was dying and nothing could be done due to ice maker leaking and rusting out the back. He offered to have me email him with my ideas when I found something I liked. Who better to get feedback from than a reputable repairman. If anything goes wrong with another appliance I know who I’m calling.

Yay! Out dryer is working! I called Tuesday morning. I got on the schedule for Wednesday at noon. They were here at noon and my dryer was working by 12:30. I would highly recommend KrisKelly's for appliance repairs!

Outstanding customer service! Our dishwasher went out the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. I called and discussed the symptoms with Kris. Sent a video and some pics and was provided a prognosis and potential cost. With the cost being significant, their suggestion was a new dishwasher. They never came out for service, but the dedication to finding a positive outcome was outstanding. I will definitely have them out when the need arises! Kelly and his wife Kris are a great team! Not only are they responsive to your inquiries, they are willing to give you suggestions on troubleshooting your appliance even before coming out to your home. Highly recommend and will be using for future assistance.

A few years ago I was highly dissatisfied with another appliance repair man. So when my refrigerator water dispenser stopped working I went on the hunt for a new repairman and came across a recommendation for KrisKelly's. I called them and they were able to come out and fix my refrigerator in the same day. They were upfront with all prices and very informative. Not only were they on time for the appointment he called asking if they could come a few minutes early!

Our washer is years out of warranty, so when it broke, I called the first repair company I saw. KrisKelly scheduled us promptly, came on time, found the problem quickly, and gave me the bad news. The repairs would be almost as much as a new washer! He took a few minutes to tell me about which washers he repairs most and which washers are built to last. Very helpful advice! I think the $85 service call was worth the recommendation to look at Speed Queen Classic washers at Wilson's Appliance. We went and are very happy that our new washer should last 25 years!
