We called Kris to come out and fix our inset GE double oven. He was prompt, explained everything clearly, and had great attention to detail. I really appreciate him wiping up as he worked. And left things ready for us to get cooking! I definitely recommend him. I'm very glad we found him.

I don't kow if the reviews on this organization are forced or legit but my experience with Bryant was horrible!! I paid a Diagnostic fee for him to come out and tell me what the problem is with my stove. My wife was the only one home at the time while he was tryin to fine the problem, once he found it,he "fixed" the problem before the agreement to do the maintenance on the unit and insist with aggresion that we pay the charge!!

Bryant was a great guy to work with! Very professional and honest! He was very communicative. He told me everything as he was doing it and explained to me what was happening with my washer. It was quick, easy, and very upfront.

We had a dryer that wasn't heating well so I took a chance and called Eagle Eye Appliance Repair. Every person I talked to communicated very clearly how much everything would be and when it would get fixed. They were able to send someone out the same day. I appreciated that there was a message of around when the repair person would come before they came. Reggie was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. He told me that he was able to find someone locally to get the part. Fortunately, he was able to find the part in his car! So within an hour he diagnosed and fixed our dryer. I highly recommend this company!

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received here! I needed two televisions mounted and Reggie arrived on time and got both of my TVs up in what seemed like no time. This company was hired through our home warranty AHS. He first came out due to our dryer wasn’t working properly. On December 23rd He determined we needed a belt and roller, ordered the parts and came back to install it on December 31, 2024. He wasn’t able to fix it due to it was a motor issue that needed to be replaced as well . It’s now January 10,2025 and the dryer is still not fixed!!! He never diagnosed me motor was bad until his second visit!!! Eagle Eye Appliance repair is incompetent in getting the job done. Do not use this company as he doesn’t have any supplies on his van he needs to fix your dryer.

Reggie with Eagle Eye is outstanding! He came out here, checked everything and knew exactly what was going on and helped me understand why I was having my issue. I had to call them after I had another appliance repair company do a terrible job on this, and not even diagnose the problem. If you’re going to use an appliance repair company, please make sure you use a reputable company like Eagle Eye.

I would highly recommend Eagle Eye Appliance! They called and got my appointment set up very quickly. My technician Reggie was very polite. He also was very knowledgeable of the problem I was having. He explained everything to me and how I could avoid having this problem again. He even cleaned up after the repair and that I APPRECIATE!!

I have no complaints at all. The service is good and the technician is professional, knowledgeable and polite. This is the second time I have used them through a warranty company and both times have been great. I will be using them outside warranty calls too.
