His communication was clear and consistent, he arrived on time for every appointment, and the diagnosis was quick. The service was done with the highest level of professionalism and care. Terrible company. American home shield assigned this company to investigate my oven. Oven malfunctioned and broke out interior glass. Likely on high temperature. Guy showed up. “Glass broke”. That was extent of their troubleshooting. $150 to report what was patently obvious. And then reported to AHS that I broke the glass myself.

Never answer phone. Took me 10 calls and several texts to get someone to talk. Combative when you finally do talk to them to resolve. Essentially a “not my problem answer”. Conversation went down hill from there.

Don’t use these guys. And DONT let AHS assign them.

The owner is an outright lier and crook with his reply. There was ZERO troubleshooting. His tech only said he couldn’t continue troubleshooting without first replacing glass. Instead of reporting this to AHS, the owner lazily reported I broke it instead. Couldn’t be bothered to report truth. Don’t use these guys. They are lazy, unresponsive, and dishonest.

First off, Reginald Dave- awesome. Very thorough to make sure ALL parts are working on the appliance, thorough at explaining what needs to be fixed and what/if parts are needed. The gentleman had good communication and great customer service and went through the different options my dishwasher offered so I would select the right features that I need. Scheduling is super easy and everyone I have spoken with has been very friendly. It’s nice to have someone that knows what they are doing. Highly recommend. Yay a working dishwasher again! Thank God!

My entire experience was again amazing. The dispatch representative was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The tech professional (Reggie D.) arrived quickly, was very pleasant, his knowledge of the machine was highly exceptional, he cleaned up the area after completing job, and payment is quick & easy with the electronic payment system! I will be using them for all of my appliance needs in the near future.

Reggie was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained his process in detail and gave us some great tips to keep our appliances running smoothly.

Reggie provided excellent customer service! He was honest about the costs of repairing the LG washer I had inspected. The conclusion is that it wasn't worth the costs to repair with the current rise in industry prices. The costs to repair would be comparable to just replacing it. I appreciate the genuineness and patience of the tech (Reggie).

Reggie did an awesome job coming into our home and fixing our microwave. Our microwave wasn’t working for weeks and he fixed it in under 10 minutes. Reggie also told me what our problem was and how to avoid it. I recommend this company because the service was amazing!

Reginald was great. He let me know when he was on his way. Did a thorough inspection of the dryer before assessing the issue which was the dryer overheating. He replaced the thermostats & recommended that I get the dryer vent that is in the wall cleaned out. I will be calling Eagle Eye Repair Service for any future appliance repairs. Thank you.

I had a great experience with this appliance repair company. They were quick to respond, arrived on time. Reggie was very professional and very efficient. My oven and my microwave were fixed fastERR. Honest, reliable service — I highly recommend them!

I was referred to this business by the vendor who sold me the appliances. Mr Appliance was out the same day diagnosed my speed queen washing machine. Explained to me the problems with my machine and ordered the replacement parts Their office communicated very clearly and accurately when the technician was going to arrive, and when the parts were in their possession. The technician was very professional and thoroughly troubleshooting the unit and made all repairs once he returned with the parts. I am very satisfied with Mr Appliance service and will be calling them again for any future needs.

The experience has always been good.
Unfortunately last night realized water all over inside of refrigerator. Called again and want the same tech who has worked on it before. I hope that am not charged service again.

Our ice maker had no ice in it so I called Mr. Appliance and they had a serviceman come out on the same day. Technician came out and solved our ice maker issue of not making ice. It took awhile to diagnose the issue, but he was persistent and it is now working like a champ.
