Completely satisfied!!! Mr. Kelly was very professional, informative and helpful. He was able to schedule the dryer repair on the same day, actually within just a few hours after we called. By the way, this was on the Saturday after Thanksgiving when many of the other repair businesses were closed. His pricing was very reasonable. He came prepared with the proper parts and completed the repair quickly. For any future small appliance repairs, I will be calling KrisKelly's.

Awesome people and awesome service. So informative and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommended especially when the manufacturers give you the run around. As an independent appliance service they are great.

KrisKelly’s did a FANTASTIC job repairing our freezer. We came home from vacation to a thawed out freezer and they were able to get us in the next day for repairs, arrived exactly when they said they would and went above and beyond. I’m so glad to now have a trusty appliance repair professional in my contacts for these unexpected things that pop up, the pricing was fair and sure beats having to buy a brand new fridge after vacation!!

I have used their service a number of times over the years and they are also very quick to respond and very helpful in offering solutions and resolving my appliance issues. Just today, I had an issue with my ice maker and they took the time to walk me through some basic trouble shooting over the phone, which fixed the problem and saved me a service call! I called KrisKelly Appliance Repair for our dryer which had stopped heating. They had a cancellation and were able to come the next day. The technicians were very respectful of my home and safety and wore masks and shoe covers. They had a diagnosis and written estimate for me very quickly. The part was ordered and my repair was completed within 3 business days of the original appointment! I was so impressed with their excellent customer service and strong knowledge. Fast, friendly, professional service. I will absolutely use them again!

For context, called a different company first and while polite, they weren’t very helpful and said one thing was the problem only for our appliance to stop working four days later and being told something else was the issue.

After not inspiring confidence in their assessment, I decided to google for other companies in the area and Kris answered the phone like she was actually happy to be talking to me. I booked an appointment with Kelly and after subsequently having said appointment, the actual issue was discovered and very quickly fixed.

I’ve needed appliance repair at least three times in the couple of years and KrisKelly ate my go to. They are down to earth and honest. I’ve had them fix some things, bandaid a washer cuz I just needed a little more time to save money to replace it, and tell me the fix cost more than a replacement. I highly recommend these folks.

Well I have done business with this company for years and they have been great. However don't make a financial decision as a landlord and buy a new washer or dryer instead of making a second repair. This is apparently questioning their integrity and they will just refuse to work with you any longer. Wow.

Kris and Kelly were both great to deal with. Both communicated the issues and costs with our refrigerator very well. And no unexpected miscellaneous charges added at the end. We highly recommend them!
