Look. I'm Mr. GRUMP when it.comes to spending money on repairs. Repairing my dryer was no different. But Jeff made the experience as painless as possible. He was fast and efficient. Got the unit fixed.

Professional, Responsive, on time, good quality work. The Tech explained the issue in words I could understand. very respectful of the property. Had all the company gear on him ready to start the diagnostic on the fridge.

When the tech rang the door bell to my residence, I opened the door, and the door knob came off as I opened the door for the him, as if I needed to add more stress to my day! He very politely asked, "may I?", I handed the door knob to him, and he placed the door knob back in place using a screw driver he picked out from his tool kit!

He went above and beyond! My fridge was back cooling few hours later! Tech JEFF offered outstanding customer service! He literally went above and beyond! We are very pleased with the service! 5 STAR SERVICE indeed!

Jeff was awesome arrived on time very professional and identified the issue quickly. He explained what was needed installed the lid switch and tested to ensure all was working properly. He eas friendly and courteous I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Jeff, the owner, correctly diagnosed the problem on our non-functioning Samsung dryer and had it fixed and running in about 45 minutes! He not only correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem but he cleaned the interior of the dryer which was full of lint and dust after he removed the drum to replace the broken belt. Jeff arrived on time, was very professional and efficient and charged a fair price. He communicated well, explained the problem and the work needed to be done before proceeding with the repair. I would definitely use Contact Appliance Repair Service again for future repairs.

Jeff fixed our washer efficiently and it’s running better than it was before it was broken. He was friendly, professional and generous with his knowledge. I would call him again in a heartbeat if any of our appliances break!

Jeff answered my call at around 9 am and was able to come have a look at my Samsung dryer that was not heating the same day. He came 2 hours later and was done in an hour. My washing machine broke. Samsung deep fill top loader.

Jeff came by and gave an honest and fair evaluation. His explanation as to why the springs went bad was based on a weight and balance issues.

Do not make the same mistake I made. I washed king size bedding and comforters. Apparently it’s very bad for these machines. Causes the suspension to go bad. A very expensive lesson.

Gas oven stopped working Sunday night. Called Contact Appliance Repair Monday Morning 8:00 AM. Oven was fixed and working like Brand New by 10:30 AM that same day. During the Holiday we expected to be without our oven. At least having to wait a few days to have someone come out and take a look. These Guys ROCK!

Contact did a great job and were so, so thoughtful while they were at our house. My 3 littles were asleep and the technician was very quiet and thoughtful to not disturb anyone. They diagnosed the problem, discussed the options (and honestly discussed pricing instead of trying to up sell), and finished the work within 1.5 hours of the widow for arrival! They did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again in the future.

He was able to come out on short notice, same day to look at our refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed and repaired it.. great pricing . Exellent personality at the same time. Will definitely use his services again. Give him a call!

Can’t say enough good things about our repair experience - the technician, Jeff, agreed to give us an appointment at the end of his work day since our fridge/freezer had stopped cooling & we were expecting house guests the next day. We’d called two other companies from google first, who didn’t answer or didn’t service LG appliances. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Very happy with the service provided by Jeff. He was prompt to come by and look at my Maytag refrigerator. He explained clearly what the issue was. He returned the next day on time to finish with the cleaning and repair. Jeff was honest and did a awesome job to fix the issue. I completely recommend Jeff and will call him again for any other repairs.

Update: I had Jeff come out and work on our dishwasher. He found the electrical problem and fixed it quickly at a very fair price. His honesty and work ethic is beyond reproach.

Best appliance repair service that I've ever used! Their website is very convenient to schedule a time without needing to call, and clearly shows their services and a broad set of appliances they can repair. The technician Jeff arrived promptly as scheduled, and was amazing! He was very friendly, got to work quickly on my dishwasher, diagnosed the issue, repaired it for a competitive fee, and confirmed the issue was resolved before he left. I think he was in-and-out faster than any appliance repair service I've used before, yet the quality and professionalism was unmatched!

We called Jeff at Contact Appliance repair since our freezer was not working. He shows up at the time that he said would be there during the storm and keeps us informed that he have to turn around due to flood water in our neighborhood.
He ran his diagnosis and quoted us the cost, then he went to get part and returned within half hour and repaired our freezer. He is very detailed and patient. I highly recommend his service.

We have used Jeff with Contact Appliance the last 3 issues we have had. Jeff is very kind and up front with all our repairs weather it be good or bad. He is always giving it to us straight and has always know whay the issue is everytime and very prompt in getting things repaired after the parts come in and stays in touch until the job is complete. Contacted Jeff at 8am and with in a hour or so he arrived, quickly diagnosed both problems with my LG refrigerator. By 10:45 he had the parts replaced and saved me from having to purchase another refrigerator. Same one at Lowe’s is $2900. I highly recommend Jeff and his services.
