Had a couple of 20 amp outlets installed and Manny was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Outlets were installed quickly and everything looks great.

The staff from Dempsey was amazing. Arnold was very nice, efficient, and stayed long hours till the job was done.

I feel bad that I don't remember the name of my technician but he was knowledgeable and offered me a couple of different repair options. The repair took about two hours in total and was relatively inexpensive.
I will be doing business with them in the future.

I contracted Dempsey Family Electric of Texas to replace a faulted underground lateral from the Centerpoint pedestal to my house. They offered a competitive bid for the project, and at all points they kept me informed, were on time, and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Notably, they were immediately responsive even several weeks later, when I had a minor issue with Centerpoint and my neighbor's property which needed their involvement. I would definitely use them again.

The field tech, Manuel, was prompt and professional. He diagnosed my outlet and switch problems easily and suggested that I change out a couple of connected fuses for safety reasons The labor price was reasonable and given upfront when I made the appointment. The parts prices were also very reasonable. Also, someone answers the phone when you call and is very informative which was not the case when I tried other electricians.
