Dempsey Family Electric is a great company. They have provided our neighborhood service on two recent occasions, and they have been prompt, professional and the cost has been reasonable. We strongly recommend Dempsey (and the two electricians they sent to us, Manny and Arnold).

The team at Dempsey Family Electric are awesome! I live in Spring Texas any these guys are right down the road from me. (Keeping it local) I called on a Tuesday morning for a circuit breaker issue I was having in my home. The gentlemen I spoke with was able to get me scheduled for that Friday at 8:30am. (My first available time and day he asked if I had time at same day). Dale my electrician from Dempsey called me around 8:15 and said he would be at my home in 15 mins and was at my home at 8:30. Dale was really nice, I showed him where my breaker panel is located and he went to work. My issue was resolved in no time at all. Dale explained my issue and the solution. I was up and running by 9am! I will call Dempsey Family Electric for all my future electrical needs. A++

Manuel and his crew did a great job. From the front office to the guys on site, we were treated great. They came out to assess our situation, provide a bid, and started work right away. Pricing was competitive and were professional throughout the job. Will definitely be using Dempsey Family Electric for all our future electrical needs.

This is our second experience with Dempsey Electric. Both projects were fairly complicated, multi-day efforts with a lot of special requests and fixing decades of "handyman specials." Most recently, Arnold was the lead rewiring my garage, adding interior and exterior fixtures, and troubleshooting numerous issues with the garage, house, and pool electric. Arnold's work was clean, organized, and highly professional. He did things right all the way through and was very friendly in explaining his work and making sure we were satisfied. He even went out of his way to minimize the holes in the drywall and cleaned up after himself very well. I don't hesitate to recommend Dempsey Electric to anyone in need of a competent electrician and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Manuel from Dempsey was able to come out the same day and repair a light fixture I had damaged while changing a bulb. He was very professional and courteous and his repair rate was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dempsey again for any issue big or small!

Our first time using Dempsey whom we heard of from a recommendation. EVERY phone conversation I felt heard and cared about and they always showed up on or before when they said they'd be there and they were professional and did fantastic work. The permit had no issues at all. We will call the regularly as the need arises.

I greatly appreciated how Manuel called one hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and he did great work. He was able to fix my light fixture and install a video doorbell within one hour. I will definitely call Dempsey again whenever I need an electrician, and I will be sure to ask for Manuel.

Highly highly highly recommend! I had another electrician come out to check flickering lights & a few other minor things, & that electrician wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to move the electrical box and fix wiring - none of which needed to be done. Dempsey Family Electric came out when I got fed up with the other electrician for not responding to my calls or texts, and turns out the only problem was LED light bulbs going bad!!!!!! Unlike the other electrician I was going to use, Dempsey Family Electric was ON TIME to the appointment, HONEST, did not try to fix things that were not broken, and so so SO nice both on the phone and in person. And....their price was very reasonable. I will be calling them when needed from now on and recommending them to everyone I know who needs an electrician. Thank you Dempsey Family Electric!

Well after this I would not call anyone else , from James answering the phone to Mark coming out and quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue! Can’t thankyou enough. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with electrical problems.thankyou again.

Dempsey was very easy to communicate with and set up our appointment for the next day with ease. Mark, our electrician, was great to work too. He was fast, efficient and explained everything. The completed job was exactlty the way we wanted. The family owned feel of Dempsey was also a welcomed difference. The folks on the phone were friendly and professional and definitely all family.

Came in and fixed a bad wiring job from another contractor and installed several light fixtures. Could not be more pleased with his service. Highly recommend.

They are very professional and always prompted on time and explain everything to you and they do the job to the best of their ability in a way that you’re not charged for anything extra that you don’t really need.

Technician showed up the same day to perform the work. Minor issue with my house, and Manuel quickly troubleshot the cause. He was able to fix it in under an hour. Thumbs up to that.

I was happy with Dempsey until the most recent project.

I had pool lights that were out, and they sent a technician. He arrived late in the afternoon, and managed to find a couple of burned outlets outdoors.

It got dark, so he said he’d have to come back when he had more time and daylight. He charged me a trip charge and left.

Some days later, I called to find out when he was going to come back, and they quickly sent another guy.

He too showed up late in the afternoon and had apparently not discussed my situation at all with the first guy.

He started the analysis all over again, but he too said that he needed to come back when he had more daylight and time.

After charging me another trip charge, he left.

At that point I was out 2 trip charges and was nowhere near even starting to work on anything.

One of the 2 technicians suggested that we tie into the breaker box in the garage, run a conduit down from the soffit, and bury a new line rather than track down and fix the existing line.

After not hearing from them for more days, I called another company. Their technician showed up with plenty of daylight left. He identified the problem in less than 1 hour.

I then showed him another lighting project that I wanted to do, and he quoted both the repair and the new project.

I accepted, he came, my pool lights now work, and my new lights are also awesome.

I felt like Dempsey was busy and just sent the second guy to let me know that they hadn’t given up on me.
