Exceptional job through cleaning team’s attention to detail

We had a great experience with Morehands - Woodlands. My house is sparkling clean!! I appreciated that they sent me a text when they were on their way. Once they arrived they immediately started cleaning. They were professional, quiet, and thoroughly cleaned my home from top to bottom (pet hair all gone!!). I was very impressed and look forward to continuing service with them!

The estimated quote for a move-out cleaning was priced way higher than rest of packages, quoted at $500. What they don't tell you is that the quote is only valid for 4 hours. So I ended up getting charged $800!!!!! because the move-out cleaning took them more than the allotted 4 hours. Why is this not mentioned ahead of time? Absolute scam, considering the quality of cleaning was definetely not worth the price. I'm very upset with this service, please avoid using this business.

We always get excellent service from More Hands! They always arrive promptly when scheduled and are flexible to include additional services or to change our service date. It’s great to know if we have family coming or a party planned we can count on More Hands to have our home ready for the occasion!

Is there anything better than coming home to a clean house? More Hands did a great job doing a deep clean on the blinds and windows. The weekly cleaning is a great way to keep up your home interior and free up your personal time. My house always looks great after their visit, and the attention to small details is a bonus.

I am very happy with the level of service and recommend More Hands to anyone looking for great service and value.

BEST COMPANY! So I called More Hand’s on Wednesday afternoon to ask if they could possibly get me in for an appointment on Thursday. I was put on a waiting list, since that day is what would work best for me personally, and they were able to get me in the next day! You can tell they work their hardest to best accommodate their customers. This was my first time using their cleaning service and I could not be happier with the entire experience. The office staff was amazing and very informative. They always answered the phone for me if I had any questions. Now, on to the cleaning service. The two ladies who cleaned my home were super sweet and such hard workers. They really outdid themselves. I’m so happy with how our apartment turned out. It was shining by the time we got home and they were finishing up. They paid attention to the every single detail in our home. It was worth every penny, and I will hands down be using this company from now on!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! I will definitely trust them with my home from now on.

Morehands are the only people we trust to take care of our home the way we would. They do a phenomenal job every single time. When I come home after they have finished I always tell my spouse that it's like the house is brighter even. They never miss a spot and take very much pride in their work. I recommend them and their work for anyone who is looking for someone to take care of your house the way you would!

MoreHands has been cleaning my home twice a month for the past 3 years. They have consistently done an amazing job and leave my home in great condition. They have also been great about communicating if there was a problem getting into or locking up the house. I also love that they send a text reminder the day prior to a cleaning and text 10-20 minutes before arriving at our house.

It’s so nice to come home to a clean house. We’ve only just started using MoreHands and have been delighted. It’s so nice to come home to a clean home, cleaner than I would make it myself. If I have special instructions or need to communicate in anyway at all, all I need to do is text a reply to the confirmation that comes the day before and the message is conveyed to the team. The team is thorough and returns all my items to their place.its also possible to get an estimate the day before of the time window, and on the actual day of they let you know when they are coming by text, as well. Very professional service!

I recently used this company for a deep cleaning for my house. I was a little nervous based on a previous experience with a different cleaning company but they blew my expectations away. From making an appointment the lady was so sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and had me set up the exact service I wanted. The housekeepers arrived promptly and went to work right away. They did an AMAZING job! The house looked great and I was very pleased when they finished. I set up for them to come every 2 weeks because they did such a great job. I have recommended them to my sister and friends who were also looking for a cleaning company.

Morehands was excellent during the quote process, explaining all the different items you could add on and how the process works. They were super quick and responsive and were available immediately to come service my home as soon as I requested the house cleaning. My house had not been professionally cleaned in awhile and they did a superb job, I opted for the biweekly service and am extremely pleased with the company, definitely recommend!

I had Team 22 (Flor and Norma) come to clean my 4bd 3ba house and they were very efficient and thorough! I appreciated that they made up the bed for me as well and cleaned all my ceiling fans. I’ve set up a recurring service and I hope it’s the same team the next time as well.

I have been having my home cleaned by Morehands Maid service for about nine months. It took a while to get things the way I wanted, but the company is very responisve to feedback, and now every pair of ladies do a great job. I live quite far from their office, but they still make it out to me in the window they prearranged. I recommend them.

Maria, Ana, and Alisandra came out on the 4th of July with only a days notice. I’ve been struggling to get my entire house taken care of since it’s near 4500 square feet and I’ve just been trying to make it ready to put on the market. While
I did repairs around the house they never stopped working and even worked around me, and helped… when I kept dropping things. They were awesome! And they showed up right on time and ended exactly when they said they would. They are very professional and talented!!

It was my first time with More hands Maid and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my service. I was kept up with the arrival times throughout the day , which I greatly appreciated, and when the girls got here they were very nice, listening to what I wanted and followed my instructions to a tee! I am so glad I took a chance with this company! Great customer service and excellent work!

Following up after a few months! Still very happy with my service. All the employees are very efficient and kind! I love the text message update so I know within a few minutes when they arrive. Big bonus for me with two crazy dogs to herd into a safe space while More Hands do their magic! Love seeing the house so clean after they leave and the special notes and little touches that make me feel like a special client! Thank again for all you do!

Very please my team which consist of GLENDA & ERICA. Very dependable and always cleans my home very well. They clean for me bi-weekly.

If I could give negative stars I would. Service sucks. They barely touch surface cleaning. And if you don’t do more than 2 services and cancel they still want to charge you even when dissatisfied with their services. Literally, my floors still were dirty when they left, as if they just barely did enough to get by. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned. They didn’t even have to clean half my house. Terrible customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Save your money.
