We were definitely pleased with the job Cassie and Abi did today. They were both so personable and eager to please. Thorough and detailed cleaning by both girls, pointing out a couple of minor issues with the house, but very complementary of our home.
Would definitely request and recommend this duo for a pleasant housecleaning experience!

I give five of five stars to Maid Right. They are excellent with communication and we’re able to work with my parents budget to get what they absolutely needed to have cleaned! I also enjoyed the interpersonal communication. I didn’t have to press a button nor listen to a machine to get the answers I was looking for! I thought overall the cleaning done was very very good! The price was also super reasonable and the owner, Cynthia, was very helpful and responsive to all of my requests and concerns! The team of cleaners which came was really kind and very efficient. I am definitely going to be using this company for all of my future cleanings!

I moved recently, they cleaned the house I moved in and did a really great job. Then they also cleaned the one I moved out of. My car had broken down and I didn’t get to do the last minute things I intended to do. There was a lot to do. I knew they would do a good job, but they did an outstanding job. All those things I meant to do they took care of. I am so grateful I found them.

Communication was AMAZING! Service provided in every area from booking to the clean itself was just smooth and easy, all the work was taken out of it for me in every way. Professional, kind & work with your budget needs as best they can; this is the most appreciative and memorable a cleaning service I've ever booked anywhere. Got my loyalty for future cleans! The owner is just fantastic, she's responsive, helpful and very customer oriented!

One, they were able to get me service literally the same day! So that was awesome. Two, the main thing for me was their responsiveness. By that I mean, the ladies were open to listen to me and hearing my complaints during the walk through with positive attitude towards things where I needed them to put more elbow grease and stuff. That said, the ladies that came did admit that they were on the learning curve and need to be on top of them to ensure the job is done. When it was done, it was good. Lastly, I had them use my own cleaning supplies; I thought they cleaned better honestly.

Our family just moved out of state and husband and I have very busy schedule, and really have no time to be thorough around the house. We decided to get Maid Right for cleaning services for our apartment. We initially get a monthly cleaning but we are satisfied we might add additional days for cleaning. Thank you so much especially to our cleaning lady for a great service.

I hired the Maid Right team for an initial deep clean and have signed up for monthly service in the future. Their team of two did an excellent, thorough job cleaning my home. They arrived on time, which is so important when planning my work day. Customer service and communication could not have been easier. I’m looking forward to having them help maintain my home in the future.

I asked for service to have my daughters home cleaned due she was having surgery.
2 professional agents arrived so she felt comfortable to leave.
She returned 2 hours later to a great smelling and very clean home.

The Maid Right team did an amazing job in my house. They definitely went above and beyond. The staff is super friendly and understood what I was looking for in a cleaning company. Small details matter: They cleaned the doorknobs, light switches, drawer handles, the toaster tray, and the coffee machine! We were very happy with the way our home looked!

Two cleaners came out and they were great! They were on time, nice, friendly and efficient. They finished faster than estimated and did a wonderful job! The house smelled amazing as well.
I also appreciate how quickly I received a call after requesting an estimate.

So far, I have used Maid Right of Spring 3 times (once for an initial deep clean, and twice for a monthly cleaning). Two ladies did the deep clean. They were overall very thorough, and I was highly pleased with their work, although I did feel like they missed a couple things in the kitchen (I think because they were running out of time and it was the last room they did - because everything else was amazing). The regular monthly cleanings have been done by one lady at a time - a different one each time so far. Both of those cleanings have gone quite well, especially the second one. I am happy with the work so far and appreciate the affordable rates Maid Right offers.

They did an absolutely wonderful job doing a move in clean for a home I just bought. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was just because they missed cleaning the pantry and oven and microwave. Everything else was perfect. It’s a big house and they had to come two days in a row to get the whole house cleaned and I think it just accidentally got missed. But everything else was perfect!

Highly recommend Ileana from Maid Right!! She is very thorough, always on time, and is great with our animals. We have had such a positive experience thus far!

The ladies who came to do the deep clean of our home did a fantastic job. Before signing on as a recurring customer, you are required to have a deep clean done. The prices are higher than others in this area, but the team was well worth the price. For a bi-weekly clean they charge $150 which is higher than the local competitors at $90 bi-weekly, HOWEVER, this team was able to get stains out of the shower which others have told us would not come out. I was working from home the day they came, and the ladies were very respectful, they worked hard and were very polite. They worked in my office area last and when they were ready to clean in there the politely knocked and asked if I was okay with them coming in to work. I am very pleased with what they did and will see if I am as impressed with the bi-weekly clean.

5 stars for Maid Right. We've used this company for our business, and after cycling through several headache inducing cleaning companies, Maid Right has been a total breath of fresh air. Reliable, and always going above and beyond. Greg and Abi have been great! Thank you so much!
