Professional Pool Supply is the best at handling all your swimming pool needs. I chose them based on their many great reviews online and was so glad I did. If you want an honest, knowledgeable company with great technicians who really care, call them, and ask for Rob and Tyler. They explained the entire process to me of my heater failing and the new replacement models available to choose from based on my personal needs. And they made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. They were also quick to notice programming errors on my Intelliflo pump that 3 previous pool companies made and got them all resolved.

What a wonderful experience we had with Professional Pool Supply. Jeff Harper, the company owner, was wonderful to work with. So were his crew – polite, respectful, and hard working. Jeff was always fast to respond, and his answers were clear and truthful. If something needed correcting, Jeff was the first to catch it and made sure it was properly corrected. Jeff would offer his opinion when asked or if he had concerns but was always willing to do whatever you wanted.

I bid four contractors on the job which involved replacing slate tile on two patios and the pool deck, grinding off old Kool Deck coating, replacing the pool coping, replacing the pool waterline tile, replacing the water feature tile, and repairing a leak in my water feature. They installed tumbled travertine with two color contrasts (patios versus decking) we had picked and installed stacked stone on the water feature and outdoor kitchen. It was a big project and Jeff’s pricing was fair and a very good value.

I had obtained Jeff’s name from a builder-friend who used Jeff to renovate his personal pool and referred him previously to others, so I was fairly sure the quality would be very good. And it was. His crew moved outdoor furniture and large potted plants for each area and moved them back when finished. Jeff even found the name of a counter guy to replace the counter for our outdoor kitchen. The whole project took about three weeks, and they cleaned the entire area and power-washed the walls and windows when they finished. It was a spectacular job from start to finish and I cannot think of anything I did not like. They even include a month of pool service after the job to make sure the water is balanced, and everything is working as it is supposed to.

I highly recommend Jeff to anyone doing pool renovation work and would gladly reuse his firm for renovation work in the future. I have been pleased with their pool service guy for the one-month service and will likely continue using them going forward. Professional Pool Supply is a quality outfit.

Jeff and his team are amazing! They resurfaced our pool and it looks better than ever. We decided to replace the tile which was put in about 20 years ago. We thought we wanted the glossy again, however Jeff pointed out that the natural looking tile would actually go better with our flagstone and he was right! Our pool actually looks larger now. We also wanted a true blue water which we did not get when our pool was resurfaced 10 yrs ago by another company. This time we got just what we wanted and could not be happier. There was a weather delay for our pool due to rain, however Jeff and his team kept us in the loop the whole time. They are now doing the weekly maintenance on our pool which lets us just enjoy it. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Rob did a great job at replacing the motor on the defective (and new) Polaris booster pump. Too bad professional Pool doesn’t make the pump itself. It would work the first time

I have used Jeff and his team for supplies and advice for years. I recently had them stain my concrete patio and could not be happier. Easy conversation, quote, crew showed up when scheduled and done on time and at fair price! Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with this pool company, and I can’t recommend them enough! They resolved multiple issues with our pool in a timely and professional manner. Every employee we interacted with was kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Despite a busy schedule, they were able to fit us in and quickly sourced and installed the necessary parts. Our service technician, Rob, was fantastic. After being ghosted by three other pool companies regarding our old, discontinued pool lights, Rob came in and knew exactly what to do. He not only repaired the lights but also brought the wiring up to code.

We also had a long-standing issue with our pool heater that Rob fixed within minutes! His expertise really showed, and he was incredibly patient in answering all my questions and explaining each repair.

Another highlight was David, who took on a small but important job of fixing our spa coping after other companies turned us down. He repaired the water damage and the spillway efficiently, completing the work in just a few hours. He even went above and beyond by sending a cleaner to tidy up the pool afterward.

This company will definitely be my go-to for any pool services in the future. Five stars all the way!

Professional Pool Supply did an excellent job replastering our pool with Quartzscapes. They communicated well, were timely and performed the job exactly as we had discussed. Jeff checked on the job daily and kept me apprised of next steps. As part of the repair process, we had them bead blast the existing tile to remove calcium buildup and the tile looks great. I highly recommend Professional Pool Supply for pool work/repair!

We have been to many other pool cleaners and suppliers but Professional pool supply is above and beyond the rest. They are knowledgeable, honest, considerate and they do a tremendous job that shows clearly through their work. They are reliable, flexible and they stand by their guarantees. They were able to make our green pool look wonderfully blue again. They fixed our outdated pumps and check on it regularly as well. On top of that, they are excecute in a timely fashion. Very professional from the beginning of the bidding on the project to execution. Always kept us up to date on what was happening each day. All personal friendly and very professional in their work daily. Responsive to any questions we had with follow up when required.

Jeff Harper assisted me with the maintenance, repairs and remodeling of my pool. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of the repairs and remodeling process. Jeff was thorough in explaining the process and the contractors and suppliers he uses. When problems arise he worked on providing solutions even if a specialist is needed. I love the results and the new fresh look of my pool. I would highly recommend him.

I needed a new pool heater, and asked them for a quote. Their quote was reasonable and comparable to others I got. We then thought about it and realized that the cost of the heater itself would put too major of a dent in our disposable income for a while. I went back to the companies that provided quotes and asked them for simply heater removal and re-piping. While this quote would be significantly less profitable, Professional Pool Supply supplied me one right away, and the other guys didn't. I subsequently added some electrical work and a new chlorinator to the work order, so in the end it was not too insignificant a project. While they were doing the piping work I asked for a DE Filter clean, and they did it the following day.

In short, the heater removal, re-piping, chlorinator, electrical, and filter cleaning were all done quickly and properly. I will be using these guys in the future.
