I recently used Jeff's to clean the carpet in one of the facilities I manage. I am pleased with the professionalism of their team as well as the quality job they did. If you're looking for commercial carpet cleaning in the Rexburg area, Jeff's should be your first choice.

The cleaners were polite but I feel that they were inexperienced students that haven't had any guidance or hands-on training. The carpet on my stairs still doesn't look clean and the yarn is stiff not soft. This was the first cleaning on this carpet. There are only two people that live here, so the stairs weren't very dirty.

The staff at Jeff's Quality Cleaners were top notch. Our carpets look like new! I was very impressed with the professionalism of the 2 men that performed the service. I highly recommend them.

I don’t usually write reviews, Jeff’s quality cleaners completely redeemed themselves when they came to clean this week. PJ? Was my cleaning professional and he did such an amazing job. They even got the Elmers glue out!!! I also took notice of how awesome he was to Josh? The trainee. The first time i had my carpets cleaned a year ago, the guy showed up and was gone within about 30 minutes and my carpets had a soapy/slimy feeling to them. He told me it was normal and would dry. I later found out he had charged me for 5 rooms when he only did 3. I decided to give them another chance because i understand that sometimes it’s not the company it’s an employee. They credited me for the extra rooms i was charged for and gave me a 10% discount. I have them coming back next week to do two more rooms with carpet that’s pretty grungy and I’m really excited to see the results. The carpet already done, look and feel amazing this round.

10/10! Came and cleaned my rug that fills our whole living room this morning. We couldn't get our dogs pee smell out of it no matter what we tried. Now not only is the urine scent gone, but our whole house smells good! Plus the technician that came was very friendly, pleasant and professional. I'll definitely use them again!
