I’ve been through three different Pool companies before making the switch to R Pools. Wish I switched sooner. Cody is my technician and the guys a rock star!!! Couldn’t have been happier with his service and professionalism.

Had a wonderful experience with this company coming to clean our pool filter. CW was our technician, and he was amazing. He took his time to make sure everything was well cleaned, made sure that he lubricated everything before putting all the parts back together, and was a wealth of information to me as the homeowner. I have been with R Pools for over 13 years and have never been disappointed. I consistently get compliments on how clean and nice my pool is. When I have an issue, Danielle and Amanda in the office are right on top of it. They schedule my service call very promptly. I will never use another pool company in Houston.

Calling the office felt like a shot in the dark — they’d answer maybe 1 out of every 4 times. Yes, they’re cheaper than other pool services, but you really do get what you pay for. Ever since R Pools started servicing our pool, it was never blue — always green. We were having construction done on our home during this time, but that shouldn’t have affected the pool quality this badly.

I called multiple times to complain about the condition of the pool. Their answer? Blame the pool pump speed. We adjusted it as they suggested, but the problem didn’t go away. Communication was frustratingly poor — a stark contrast to our previous experience with Clean and Clear Pools.

Unfortunately, R Pools just wasn't the right company for us. I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but take this as a warning: the lower cost isn’t worth the lack of results or customer service. We've since gone back to Clean and Clear Pools, and the difference is night and day.

Before Colby, we didn’t realize how good our pool could look. Since moving into our home nearly three years ago, we struggled with cloudy water and recurring algae, even with regular weekly service. We had pretty much accepted that as normal.

But from the moment Colby took over, everything changed. Our pool is now crystal clear every single week — no algae, super clean, and always looks inviting. It’s honestly never looked better.

Colby truly takes pride in his work and treats our pool like it’s his own. His attention to detail and commitment to quality service really stand out.

I have been a customer of Rpools for a while now. I find them to be fair, responsible, reliable and consistent in their care of my pool. I have cranky pool equipment and have had to ask for help on more than one occasion. This week my pump stopped working. The young man who was sent to help me is probably my favorite yet. His name is Kain. He is knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He answered all my questions and educated me on the “workings” of the different parts of the equipment and why the equipment for my pool was likely set up in the way that it is. I very much appreciated the time he spent with me. I would highly recommend Rpools and Kain for routine pool care and if equipment problems occur.

5 Week update. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I wrote a previous review as a new customer, and i wanted to add an update because you never know if service will decline as an "established" customer. Well I have been soon extremely happy with everything since Kenneth started maintaining our pool. I am excited every Tuesday to come home and check out my sparkling clean pool. Inviting friends over on the weekends has become my new norm since hiring Rpools. Thank you for making my pool so much more enjoyable.

We switched to R Pools from another vendor after their performance declined over time despite multiple conversations trying to fix the issue. Colby has been cleaning our pool now for the last couple months and we're very pleased with his service. Service is always timely, vacuuming is thorough, and the pool isn't overtreated either. I have been extremely happy with R Pools for service, from cleaning to repairs. I have used them off and on over the past few years and most recently for a bigger job, and always completely happy with how quickly they respond and how wonderful their customer service is. Ashlynn has been absolutely wonderful in answering ALL of my questions and getting back to me if needed. Kane has been amazing in getting all the repairs fixed up for me quickly and efficiently and is also great at answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend R Pools to anyone looking for a pool company, as their customer service is top notch and pricing is very reasonable and they have a wide range of service available.

Called for some troubleshooting advice and R Pools sent a rep out. Ismael was a tremendous help and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and offered some great advice for a new pool owner such as myself. Will definitely be calling Ismael for any future needs.

We were previously with another company because when we moved to Texas they were already providing service to our pool. We suspected we were taken advantage of with “issues” coming and going. Then we got a flier in the mail for RPools. Even after the promotional time period they are still more affordable and consistent. We have Colby as our tech and he is great! Good sense of humor, and he loves dogs. He is also very thorough and he leaves documentation of what he did. He isn’t what we had before and we are very pleased.

Every conversation I had with these guys has been pleasant. Ashlynn at the office has always been extremely nice and professional. She is knowlegeable and helpful. The technician sent to my house, Kain, went above and beyond the reason he came to check the equipment.

I strongly recommend R Pools, and trust me, I have had dealt with a number of companies.
