Spoke to Nick in the morning and by 2 pm Carlos and his assistant showed up and cleaned the carpeting in my entire house promptly, they were very courteous and professional.......GREAT JOB

This is the second time I used Steamway for cleaning my couches. I have light tan couches and two young kids. This time I waited a little longer to call than I wanted too. I said to myself "if this doesn't work I will buy a new couch". Well I get to keep my couch! I wish I took a before and after picture. Next time I will because I will be using Steamway again!

I was in need of emergent carpet cleaning when my dog had an accident in my baby’s room. I called around to several other companies and was told the next available appointments were many days out. I've been a customer for a long time, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I made an appointment last minute which I ended up needing to cancel because of reasons beyond my control. I understand this is frustrating for a business owner, but Nick could've spoken to me in a much more respectful manner. He was very rude and his tone of voice was condescending. Sometimes things happen in life that are out of our control and next time I need my carpets cleaned I'll be taking my business to a company that treats costumers like they matter.

Originally Nick was only scheduled to steam clean my staircase and my kids play room, forgetting that he handled grout. So when he arrived I asked him to steam cleaned my foyer, kitchen and two and a half baths. He said no problem and handled with ease the extra areas. I thought I had to replace the one room of carpeting which was trashed with stains.. But after the cleaning it actually came out perfect. The grout looks incredible I can't believe I was once on my hands and knees trying to clean it myself. I can't say enough good things about this business. Highly recommend!

Great experience. They were responsive & able to schedule me very quickly. The onsite technician called with an arrival time and was right on time. 4 bedrooms cleaned, stains removed and deodorized within an hour for a very reasonable price. They look and smell great. Would absolutely recommend and will use again in the future!

Called Steam Way, spoke with the Owner Nick, scheduled an appt to do a rug clean. Nick kept communications lines open on appt arrival, came to my house personally and showed me the difference while cleaning the rug, which came out excellent. I would highly recommend Nick for services he can provide.
