Highly recommend Steamway and we will definitely use them again. They were easy to get a hold of and set an appointment with. The guys who came out were very nice and professional. We had our stairs, hallway and 1 of bedrooms cleaned and it looks fantastic.

Nick was nothing but professional. We needed a last minute job and he was very accommodating. He kept in touch with me throughout the day, and kept me abreast of his timing. He made sure that I would not stress out. He prioritized my house as he knew I have young children. He had the misfortune of his truck breaking down, and still got the job done for us. I highly recommend his services and will continue to use him for future jobs.

Called this morning to get an appointment. thinking I would have to wait till next week......Nick was able to get me in for a same day appointment.
They arrived on time and were very professional and personable. Cleaned carpeting in 3 rooms and tile floor in kitchen, foyer and laundry room....and it all looks like new. They got some stains out the carpeting that were there for a couple of years. Will definitely use and recommend Nick and his team.

Nick and his team did an unbelievable job from start to finish! He squeezed me in during the very busy holiday season. He came to our home expecting to do a couple jobs, I kept adding to the list— he was more then happy to do everything i asked! He left everything glistening and clean! They were pleasant honest reasonable and reliable, there are not enough good things to say! I highly recommend you give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job at our house in Wall Township!! The customer service was top notch, the arrived on time and did such amazing job! The carpets throughout the house look brand new! I highly recommend this company and team for all your carpet cleaning needs!

After a lot of research I decided to try Steam Way Carpet cleaners rather than the "well known" company I used previously. I have been trying to give small businesses a try recently. I scheduled with Nick, the owner and my service was just completed today. What A Great Find!! Nick is very personable, has straight forward pricing, and was professional. They confirmed by text 2 days before the visit, called this morning to say they were on their way And They Arrived During The Time We Agreed On! The pricing was very good and almost more importantly the work was awesome! I will definitely do business with them again - as long as Nick owns the business! Thank you Nick!!!

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!! I had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday, I called the Friday before asking if they could come sooner. I was thinking maybe Monday or Tuesday? They came on Friday. They squeezed right in. Their staff were extremely friendly and courteous, Carlos and Careem. Two great guys and Careem was making my daughter laugh. Family friendly, personable, and that's not even talking about the carpet cleaning. My carpets had two really big dark color stains. When they left, it was like my carpet was brand new! The entire process to clean my stairs and one bedroom took 30 minutes tops. Price was excellent as well. I will definitely use them in the future, and I have already recommended them to family and friends. I don't normally write reviews, but this place was so good, I had to share my experience! Steamway came highly recommended by a friend of mine that had his own carpet cleaning business for many years. I called Nick, the owner directly and after a very pleasant phone call I had a booked appointment. Nick willingly shared very clear and very affordable prices with me and it was just too good to pass up. His crew of two, Chris and Careem showed up on time and were just as nice! The duo got to work right away and not two hours later they had completed three large living spaces and brought the tile in my large kitchen back to life. I am VERY satisfied with the services provided and I will be a Steamway customer for much time to come.

Had my carpet cleaned by Nick this week and have nothing but great things to say about his service from start to finish! Nick and his coworker were awesome to work with! Very professional, kept me updated on their time frame, and demonstrated tile/grout cleaning to make sure it would be clean or to my liking before proceeding. I wasn’t sure there was hope to save our carpet because of the pet/rust stains and overall dirt but the rug looks incredible! I appreciated his honesty when it came to certain areas not being absolutely perfect (that was out of his control). He isn’t there to price gauge his clients and wants to leave you 100% happy with the work he does. I highly recommend using them for your residential/commercial floor needs. Thank you Nick & team!

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt this one was deserving. I had my carpets cleaned and steamed, and they did a stellar job. They look brand new and I was so excited. Nick was very professional, neat with his work, and took the time to ensure the job was done well. I was also able to get an appointment in quickly. I am so glad I called this company and would definitely recommend.

Steam way has been coming to my house for over 5 years now. They are professional, friendly, and great at what they do. They are easy to book with, always come on time and are quick. We have a German shepherd who loves to dig in the mud and two young children so our carpets always need a good deep clean. Steam way gets them very clean and for a fair price. Thanks Nick and crew!

We found Nick and team when we quickly had to have our carpets cleaned before selling our home. He came the next day and cleaned the carpets and removed a nasty stain. Nick's availability came into play for our new home before having furniture delivered. He was available and his team did a great job restoring our carpets and getting out food and pet stains from our lab. Team is great, no chemical smells on their cleaners, pet friendly and overall excellent experience.

I have used Steam Way two times (2017 and 2021) and was impressed with their excellent service, good communication and almost instant availability. Nick was very easy to work with and got me on the schedule immediately. Carlos came out and handled the carpet steam cleaning, he was on time and very friendly. Their prices are very good compared to larger companies. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot give enough positive feedback from Nick and his crew from Steamway! They were very punctual and professional. They cleaned my grout and all my tile floors and I didn’t even know they could be that clean and white!!

I used Shana and her team for 3-4 months and I thought it would be a long time company. However, I received a text a day or so before my routine cleaning that said she was unable to clean my house because she was going on vacation. I replied ok. So the following week for my next service I received a message stating she is cutting back on the homes she is cleaning and I was one of the last homes she picked up so she will no longer be cleaning my home. I expressed how I felt it was unprofessional and went our separate ways. This all happened on July 3, 2024.

On July 20, 2024 a neighbor asked for a cleaning referral and someone in the FB group mentioned Shana and her team. I commented I don’t believe she’s taking on new clients given the text conversation just a few weeks prior. So, that person then reaches out to Shana who then confirms she’s taking on new clients. Seriously!? How are you taking on new clients and you just said you had to cut back?

I was a bi-weekly cleaning that transitioned to weekly cleaning while the kids were out for summer and was to return to bi-weekly when school started in August. She and her team did a great job but I hate shady business practices. I hired her because I am disabled and not able to thoroughly clean my house like it should be and this was very upsetting.

I have been using R Pools now for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with their service. If there are any issues they are quick to respond. Chris is very helpful and attentive, and takes the time to explain any possible problems. Any needed repair work has been reasonable and completed in a timely manner. I do recommend this company.

Our first experience with R Pools, will definitely not be our last! Suction line air leaks rendered our pump inoperative, R Pools sent an expert, Ismael, who re-plumbed the suction piping including three new valves and some tough underground connections. In the 12 years we've been in the house, the pump had never run this well. 5-stars well-earned, thanks.

We love this company! John has been doing a great job cleaning weekly and Raymond was a very helpful tech when our system was hit by lighting. The lady I talked to this morning was amazing, and gave me the help I needed right away. We love these people! Highly recommend them.

R Pools has been taking care of my pool for almost 20 years. They handled all the repairs after Ike both functional and cosmetic. Always great service with a special attention to detail and being thorough. Two very important things in my opinion. The techs know what to do and when to do it. All the equipment is maintained on a regular schedule and the pool is always an inviting, beautiful, sparkling blue.

What a great experience! I am such a picky person, so finding a pool company I felt I could trust was awful. I google searched and came across R POOLS. With a leap of faith and an amazing Ismael I found a company I can trust and highly recommend! Ismael is extremely knowledgeable and such a kind genuine human being. A breath of fresh air! Thank you for making our pool look new again after Hurricane Beryl trashed it.
