Technician arrived late, but the company was very good about keeping me updated on this. While tech resolved current issue, his repair was "The Band Aid Approach" due to the limitations of our home warranty. I would never otherwise use this approach to resolve my AC repairs. The repairs for which we were financially responsible seemed overly expensive.

Dr Rescue has help me out twice now and each time the service was spectacular. Both incidents were calls to thier emergency call out line where the calls where answered promptly and the technician were dispatched and on site within the hour. Technicians were very knowledgeable and never tried to up sell services. I highly recommended them for all your HVAC needs

Dr. Rescue was the selection by my home warranty company so I was skeptical. To my surprise, the technician Billy Tolliver was amazing. We called for an a/c out which ended up being an emergency shut off switch that was accidentally turned off by the home networking technician. The nice surprise is that he performed maintenance on the system and said I was good to go and even asked for a sharpie so he could mark the box to indicate not to be shut off. This is after another a/c company (highly rated) tried to sell me a new single 4-ton system for $25k when I called them for maintenance. Thank you, Billy and Dr. Rescue!!

Austin and Kelly did an awesome job fixing my furnace. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within minutes. They worked together and completed the task. Dr Rescue is A+ in my book.

My a/c quit working in the evening after business hours. Called main number with no answer, but got an immediate call back from Carly who scheduled an appointment for the next morning. After handling a few priorities, Kelly arrived mid-afternoon and was able quickly resolve and repair the problem at a fair price. Due to age and wear and tear Kelly recommended a new unit soon. He didn't try a hard sell, but offered to send some estimate options. He also recommended getting at least two other estimates for comparison. I found him very efficient, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I would recommend Kelly at Dr. Rescue for all your a/c needs.

Company is garbage. We have American home shield warranty and from the moment this company did their assessment they tried to sidestep our warranty. Tried to say they would have a new water heater installed the next day if we paid them $2200 (and not use AHS). After we rejected they tried to get us to pay for extra stuff we didn’t need out of pocket. A new drain pan and new flex pipes ($450). The flex pipes are literally brand new. We just had the entire house repiped. It’s not only a waste of money but irresponsible for the environment to insist on new flex pipes when they are literally brand new. The drain pan is literally a ring nut that you unscrew, pull the old drain out, slide the new one and put the ring nut on. Easy stuff. But when I said I would do it the lady I spoke to who said she was part owner (Enez) got an attitude and said they were gonna ask AHS to assign us a new contractor (thankfully done with this company).

Also remember at the beginning when I pointed out how they were willing to put new water heater next day if we paid them and bypassed the warranty service? Well even after they had a day set to pickup the water heater from AHS warehouse they were still pushing the install of it to 4 days later. So they were willing to install water heater purchased from them next day. But our water heater covered by AHS? 4 days is the earliest they could do. SHADY AND EXTORTION

Not only that but we talked to a supervisor at AHS and they told us that we didn’t need to pay any additional fees and even told us that she told DR Rescue that as well. The AHS supervisor also said DR Rescue never updated any notes so it still shows no further payments needed. This all adds up to Dr Rescue trying to go behind AHS’s back and charge us for unnecessary items. Very shady. Reported all this to the warranty company so hopefully they stop using this company.

Also, my licensed commercial plumber friend said that both the drain pan and pipes are fine to be reused. So this company was just trying to nickel and dime us and use us not having hot water as leverage to get us to agree to their extortion. All around shady. If you have AHS make sure you call and have this company blocked from being sent to your house for work unless you like being charged for unnecessary extra work on a warranty job.

We are so glad we found this company. Our system went out the afternoon of Christmas Eve. We called Kelly's AC and the owner personally came out within an hour and a half and got us up and running before all our family came over. Since then, we have replaced our 14 year old unit and have been very pleased with the entire experience. The entire staff was polite and knowledgeable. It is difficult to find a company that you feel you can trust and Kelly was upfront and honest with different systems their prices and what would work best for our home. We have been thoroughly pleased and will gladly refer them out to friends and family in the area and will be using them for our annual maintenance.

I called Blue answer the phone, she was so polite, mid afternoon and they squeezed me in so quickly that I had a tech at my house with in 15 min. Ronnie B the tech was so professional and polite. And very good looking might I add. Lol I give Dr. Rescue an A+ in my book and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr. Rescue Amy Conzelman

Kelly delivered the excellent service that I receive twice a year when I have my system checked with the change of seasons. Everyone at Dr. Rescue is efficient and cordial and deliver the kind of customer service that us elderly folks remember from a time long ago. I highly recommend this company!

100% agree with reviews stating they are no shows and impossible to get ahold of over the phone- called multiple times and left multiple voicemails after no showing. They texted us 4 hours after the missed appointment saying “their truck broke down”… similar excuse as another review…and when I wished to reschedule. No showed again and neither I nor my husband received any phone calls to reschedule. I wouldn’t waste my time- request another company through your home warranty.

Can honestly say the service was 5 star. The gentlemen that came out was extremely knowledgeable, a true master of his craft. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide a solution. He was also able to educate me in a way that was very easy to understand. very glad that I chose to go through this company, and should the need arise I will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Dr. Rescue & we are Super Impressed with their Outstanding customer service. We called Dr Rescue & spoke with Kelly about our water heaters that were acting up. They came out right away and corrected our issue immediately! We are Extremely Happy with Dr. Rescue as they were Prompt, Professional, and Courteous. Do awesome service! I had a friend who did our AC for years but our house was always pretty hot in the summer, so we finally gave someone else a shot and was blown away with the results. Summers are no longer unbearable and can finally sleep in a cool house

Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part in his van and replaced it in minutes. Dr. Rescue is who we call when we need any HVAC service. We will probably call them for our plumbing service if we ever need any of those services as well. Thank you for the great experience!

The ladies answering the phones were awesome. They saved me a lot of time dealing with my home warranty company by enduring their long wait times and keeping me updated on the status of my new outdoor AC unit. Billy came out to install the unit and was great as well. He was on time and had my home cooling off in no time. Thanks guys!

Kelly was outstanding with his diagnosis and resolution of our furnace issue. We decided to have our vents cleaned and it was easy to schedule. His colleague who cleaned the vents did more than what was expected. We were very happy with the service...this will be our go-to HVAC company from now on...

In late July I connected with Dr. Rescue for service on my HVAC system. They came out within a few days and diagnosed the issue. As they were working through next steps with my home warranty company (also culpable here) the ball got dropped and no one was following up, except for my wife and I. We spent several hours over the last 5 weeks calling both companies. Once we finally got the two organizations on the same page (part of the service we are paying for), there were all types of excuses for why Dr. Rescue could not come out. This back and forth continued and as of this past week, asked us to be available on Saturday, stating they were coming out on a non-workday to imply they were extending great customer service. They did not show up, did not call and as of the next business day, have still not called. Meanwhile our AC is working overtime to keep the house cool in this Texas heat, likely burning up other components in the system due to overuse.

I called Dr. Rescue as a second opinion. Other company said I need to replace my outside AC units and that my coil was bad and needed replaced. Kelly arrived onsite and found the coil did need replaced and that it was under warranty. He also found that there was nothing wrong with the outside units. Kelly was very honest and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Kelly and Dr. Rescue.

These guys were called out by my home warranty company and were awesome. They returned our phone call promptly and exceeded our expectations in regards to service. The technicians explained everything they were doing and checking for as they worked. They were very respectful and professional. Since we were selling our home and the HVAC units were being serviced as part of the repair agreement with our buyer, they modified our invoice to reflect language in our contract. I really can't say enough about how satisfied we are with their service and work ethic. We will definitely be using them for future work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Matt, our service technician, was fantastic. He did an excellent job of presenting the pros and cons of various options. He is prompt, quite courteous, and has a wonderful attitude. He is certainly 'customer-centric!" He gets lots of stars and represents your firm quite well. Kudos all around.

If your home warranty dispatches this company, call them back and say no thank you! They obviously don’t like working with the home warranty companies based on several bad reviews siting the same thing. They don’t answer their phones either!
