Kelly came out to look at our pair of airconditioners that quit cooling. He has helped us out several times before and is always honest and will work with us on price. He and all the technicians have been thorough and knowledgeable. They will get to the root of the problem and get you fixed up. I highly recommend these guys especially in this wonderful Texas heat!

Came out the day after Christmas, and the responded to my inquiry while it was Christmas Eve! T&P valve on my water heater crapped out right as the holiday was kicking off.
Kelly was a great tech. Made the whole process very painless. He also cleaned everything up very well when he finished.
I will definitely consider using them for our next planned plumbing or emergency episode.

Kelly and his team mate are Outstanding.. take the time to check the unit out for our season check up. Since I have a home warranty, I’ve asked them to make all of AC/Heating request to default to Mr Rescue

Dr. Rescue was sent to us through a home warranty. Our tech, Kelly, did a great job helping us. Easy to talk to and knew how to best help us with our drain issue. I would call on them again and again if issues or upgrades are needed in the future.

I will recommend Kelly's A/C to everyone! I was put in contact with Kelly's A/C though my Home Warranty provider and I could not be happier with my experience. I received a phone call from Kelly's A/C within minutes of getting off the phone with my home warranty provider and Kelly's A/C had a technician out that afternoon and even arrived 15 minutes early on a Saturday.

After the technician Billy listen to me describe the behavior of how our furnace was acting, he immediately had an idea of what was wrong and proceeded into the attic. About 10 minutes later he came down and explained our control board was the culprit and showed me burn spots on the electronics board and he went even further saying that our flame sensor was very dirty.

That next Monday we heard from Kelly's A/C again saying that the part was ready and they came out that very day and replaced the control board that was failing and cleaned our flame sensor. At this point we signed up to have them maintain our HVAC now and in the Spring.

I could not be happier with Kelly's A/C! The front office folks that called were very polite and we able to accommodate our schedule. Their technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. Their communication was outstanding, including emails and text messages for the scheduling and technician arrivals and with their follow through with receipts being emailed.

I can't recommended Kelly's AC enough. Our system went out. We called Kelly's as one of several companies I talked to as part of our research to get a company to troubleshoot the problem. Everyone I talked to at Kelly's was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was still researching companies but was so impressed with their people I talked with that I scheduled a visit. I'm glad I did. The technician came out, answered all my questions about the problem and how to resolve it. He fixed it quickly at a fair price. I have been very pleased with the entire experience. I have already began telling my friends and neighbors about my great experience.

Deeply disappointed with the lack of service Dr. Rescue Home Service provided. After contacting them 11 days ago our AC unit still hasn't been fixed. It took 5 days before a technician came to visit (it was rescheduled due to their truck breaking down) and after the technician diagnosed the problem we were told we'd receive a phone call about next steps within 30 min. After more than a half-dozen phone calls & text messages they still have not contacted us regarding the install. They have given us conflicting information from what the Home Warranty company provided and tell me each day I'll get a call later once they are authorized to proceed. In the mean time the home warranty company tells us they haven't received the report from Dr. Rescue. I would never do business with them again!

Kelly our service tech came out right away and did a great job. I had a water heater gas leak and he walked me through the issues and explained everything he was going to repair.

I just had Dr. Rescue replace my water heater. Very professional, reasonable prices, very respectful of my property, cleaned everything up. Made sure everything was in great working order before leaving, even showed me everything they did to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am so glad they have added plumbing to their service, now I only have to make one call for A/C, heating or plumbing. I have used Dr. Rescue A/C and heating for several years now and he is awesome. I have referred him to several friends and he has done excellent work for them also. Very reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Rescue AC for all your AC and Heating work. No matter when I've called he has always been there.

Dr. Rescue/Matt came out under a home Warranty contract and completed the repair without suggesting additional services and fees were "required" byway of make false claims about "out of code sink traps"... which is exactly what the previous Warranty services provider did. Because of their honesty and professional approach, they have earned our business for our three heating & cooling units as well as signing up for their annual service plan. Integrity goes a long way, well done!

Our home is finally cool and that's thanks to Kelly and Austin's quick response to my home's ongoing issues. Thank you for your patience and professionalism in explaining that our AC unit was in desperate need of Freon and recommending a gel sealant for the holes in our ductwork system. Lastly, educating me that our ductwork system is in need of eventual replacement.

I will be calling them for any other issues we experience in the future and for future repairs. You can count on them. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Kelly and Austin.

Due to misinformation on the part of my home warranty company, Kelly was unable to solve the septic issue that they had originally sent him out for; however, he DID discover why our AC unit was not working, and solved it with a simple flip of a circuit breaker switch. He was also able to inform us as to our next steps in resolving the septic issue. Very nice and very knowledgeable!

Kelly came by today to fix my AC. He was a very nice guy. I enjoyed talking with him about random stuff. But most importantly he came out the same day I called and fixed my AC very quick. Kelly, if you see this review; Thank you, man! I hope Dr Rescue knows how much of a valuable asset you are to the business!

Extremely bad service and they want to rip you off. Very unprofessional. I open a claim via the home warranty because the water heater was not working, and this is the company the sent. They came the next day and confirmed the water heater needed to be replaced. Two days later i received an email from the home warranty saying that they would cover the heater and labor, but that Dr Rescue said we needed some modifications and that my out of pocket expenses would be $925!! The home warranty told me this was to cover a cpvc pipe, a pvc pipe, and a preassure and temperature release valve. There is no way that costs that much. Worst thing, Dr Rescue did not take my calls nor called me back for 5 days, which means i was without hot water for 7 days!

Dr. Rescue did an awesome job with our AC repair. I called on a Thursday afternoon, the technician came out the same evening to diagnose our issue and give us pricing by the next afternoon (Friday) our house was cool again! The team of guys were prompt and very friendly. Dr. Rescue offers military discounts (always a plus) and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again in a heartbeat!

These people are absolutely disgusting! The home warranty company sent them to check my water heater, they took over 48 hours to reach out to schedule an appointment and NEVER answer their phone. After FINALLY getting an appointment window, they came much later outside the allotted window, were here less then 5 minutes saying that the water heater was cracked and they would send the report the same day (which they did NOT). I then get an email saying the same as these other reviews.. they needed to do "modifications" costing nearly $1,200 out of pocket.... DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
