Plumbing reviews in Spring, Texas

Jay and his team Josh and Kendrick came to my house right on time and did a great job replacing my faucet and garbage disposal, thanks yall!

Jay was fantastic and incredibly professional! Got everything up and running very quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

These are the best plumbers I've worked with in the 30 years I've been in The Woodlands, reliable, courteous, fast and great price

I think Jay is honest and capable. He originally thought that a plumbing problem of mine was going to cost thousands of dollars, but he took extra time to verify everything and to realize that the problem was actually much smaller, so it only cost me a few hundred dollars.

Josh and the other gentleman that came with him were very nice, professional and super quick!
We had a leak in the attic and it was fixed in no time.
Definitely recommend!!

Jay and his team were professional, arrived on time, respectful, and came up with a plan to fix our busted pipe quickly and in a professional manner. Price was competitive and I will definitely use them again.

We had an epic clogged drain line that needed immediate attention. The Paradigm Shift Plumbing Team was prompt, professional and relentless in resolving our issue at a fair price.

We gladly recommend them and will use them again, if any future needs arise.

Awesome is the only word too describe Paradigm Shift! It has been a long road for us trying to find decent, professional and honest help! After two bad experiences we were so delighted to stumble across Jay at Paradigm!! He is crazy knowledge, kind and very thorough! Stop looking, you have found your plumber!! Thank you Jay!!! A++++

Overall an excellent experience! They were very prompt and very polite. They took a great deal of care while working within my house by covering floors, not hitting walls and taking extra care on the stairs. They worked efficiently and left the work area completely clean. I would definitely call them again.

Thank you Jay for fixing my kitchen sink and giving me tips on how to keep it from clogging again. I truly appreciate it! Paradigm Shift Plumbing has the best service. They are thorough, quick, and give extra care to explain things. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

We had deceptively tricky repair of a leaking faucet that we were unable to fix ourselves. Jay did not give up and got everything disassembled and reassembled with no more leaks! Saved me buying a whole new Roman tub filler!

We called several local plumbing companies to come and replace our water heater. Paradigm had the first available date for the install, and was the lowest price of all we checked. They were on time, good communication and had new heater installed quickly and hauled off the old equipment as well.

We called them a second time to come and repair a CPVC pipe FREEZE break in our wall. They had a list and we were added to it and they were here and fixed our broken wall pipe. Additionally the inlet CPVC ball valve had split from the freeze as well. As well as added new ball valves and back flow preventer on our sprinkler system that had also ruptured.

All looks clean and works great! We will continue to use them and recommend them as well!

I had another company that was in my attic tell me that my water heater was no longer any good. They quoted me $3700 to replace it. I called paradigm plumbing and I was told it did not need to be replaced. A year later when the heater did finally fail,I called them for a new water heater. They were fast and very efficient and the cost was half of what the other company wanted. I would highly recommend.

I have tried a number of plumbers over the last five years and have been disappointed in all (didn't show up on time, estimate went up, too expensive, couldn't/wouldn't do the job) until I found Paradigm Shift Plumbing. Jay knows his stuff, very professional and delivered on exactly what he promised. As well, working with Lindsay to coordinate and support follow on questions made the experience even more professional and painless. They go to the top of my contacts for plumbers!

I came home from work this morning to find the water heater not working on Dec. 23. I called Jay and he responded quickly. Came installed new water heater quickly. Doing that right before Christmas is a amazing. Great job and good price. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used Paradigm Shift twice so far. Late last year they installed a hybrid water heater (highly recommended). They were quick and reasonable. Did the job to my satisfaction. Jay was polite and responsive. Had a clogged drain today. Reached out to Jay. Had his guys here in about an hour and drain was clean in about 30. Highly recommend and will be my go to guy for plumbing issues.

Consistently the best plumbers ever. They came through again when we had to upgrade some plumbing before the sale of our home. We recommend them to everyone. Hopefully, they will expand their service area so we can use them at our new home. Thank you, Randy and the crew for everything.

I have to add to my previous review below. Joe Castro Plumbing was there for us again. We came home with water in our bathroom and our laundry room. I contacted Randy in the evening, and David and David were there the next day to take care of the broken pipe. Again, we cannot express how grateful we are for their quick response and professionalism. Thank you, Randy and team!

By far the best plumbers in the business. We had a leak right before the Christmas holidays and they had a wonderful crew come out that day. Jason and Martin were very professional, knew what they were doing and kept me informed of what was happening the whole time. They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. I can't say enough about the service I received. I will use them and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Yup, I had to use them again to install a new vanity and also change out some pipes that had seen better days. Martin kept me up to date on what he was doing and was very professional. He even checked other areas that might have been failing. I recommend Joe Castro Plumbing to anyone and everyone. Thank y'all for the great job you did again.

The team at Joe Castro's Plumbing are without a doubt the best experience I have had utilizing this type of service. I contacted them to install two toilets and replace several commercial grade water shutoff valves. The work was performed as promised and at a fair price. Special recognition to Randy, Martin, and Rilee for working hard to make this customer happy. I highly recommend Joe and the team for all you plumbing needs.

I was looking for recommendations for a plumber, and “Joe Castro Plumbing” was the most popular, with fabulous reviews. I called, they came, replaced and took care of everything quickly and very professionally! Now I can highly recommend them myself!!!

I needed some work done on my gas meter. "Joe Castro Plumbing" came up in my Google search for "best plumber near me". I was lucky that Jason worked on my call. Jason is a very experience plumber and knows his craft. After I told him I was installing a portable generator, he suggested the best option available. On top of that, he spent time to verify that I had the right parts, hose, connectors and QC valve to finish the job myself. He was professional and genuinely wanted to help his customers. "Joe Castro Plumbing", thanks. You just got yourself a loyal customer. DW.

These guys are the best. Had an emergency at my office and while they were already booked, due to the seriousness of it Joe moved heaven and earth to get someone out there almost immediately. Job well done and super reasonably priced!
