Martin from Joe Castro was very professional and courteous while fixing our kitchen faucet issues. The company even came back on warranty after we had a small issue with our sprayer that resulted in a return call a couple of days later.

We have been using Joe Castro Plumbing for decades and the work both he and his crews perform have ALWAYS been top notch and done right the first time. They always leave the site more clean than they found it and have always been truthful and affordable. The entire Joe Castro Plumbing team are honest, hard working and very professional through effective communication. The most recent visit was a busted pipe and shower trim kits installed. Jason/Trevor and Randy are amazing folks as they stayed in touch throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Joe Castro Plumbing, it’s your loss if you don’t utilize their services.

Mr Castro was great he got on the schedule and fixed the hot water heater and a bathroom faucet that the lines were messed up. His pricing was very fair. Will definitely be adding him to my contact list to call again when needed. Thank You for your amazing and prompt service.

I called Joe Castro Plumbing for what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. I got the friendliest gentleman on the phone (Randy), and had Jason & Riley out exactly at the time quoted (within one hour). And the best part was, Jason reset and got the disposal running within 3 seconds. They’ve earned a repeat customer and someone to sing their praises for their kindness and honesty alone! I imagine they are very knowledgeable and experts in the field as I have heard nothing but rave reviews from neighbors who recommended them to me in the first place. I asked them about another project while they were here, and Jason explained how they would go about doing it, and got a quote to me the next day. Thank you for your quick service & kindness, we’ve found our go-to plumber!

Joe's team were held up at a job and kept me informed as to when they would arrive so that I could get things done if needed. They were able to quickly resolve my issue and gave me some honest feedback about my system so I could make an informed decision on future replacements. The price was fair and they were very professional.

I had three plumbing issues. Technician arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problems in under ten minutes. Repaired all three issues in under an hour. Rate charged was very reasonable. The whole experience was very good. I highly recommend Joe Castro Plumbing and his team of professionals.

Joe was super responsive and honest and was able to get someone out to me quickly. They were very transparent with pricing over the phone as well which is always appreciated. Jason came out and was super kind, quick and knowledgeable. They even came out a second time on a Saturday when I thought I had an issue with plumbing (ended up being an issue with AC). Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

So far so good! Received a free estimate to add a shower extension and shower head, fix a leaky faucet, and our water heater pilot light ignition system. Jason provided a thorough evaluation and advice on what Joe Castro Plumbing could provide at what rate. It was a very reasonable estimate, including how I could lessen costs by providing my own parts and avoiding unnecessary service. Once I get the parts, I will definitely use this company for the installation and will ask for Jason to do the service.

Update to the above review from a couple weeks ago-- We scheduled Jason from Joe Castro Plumbing to install the two fixtures, and they were completed within an hour of his arrival! With expertise and efficiency, Jason did a wonderful job--was respectful of the property (makes the wife happy!), and he didn't mind my peppering him with questions. Would definitely recommend Joe Castro Plumbing and Jason for your repairs and remodeling needs! Give 'em a try!

First I called another reputable company for my problem. They ended up cutting holes in my wall and replacing a costly valve, which didn't solve the problem so more costly work was recommended. I decided that a second opinion was needed. Martin from Joe Castro came out and immediately assessed the problem with a quick,simple and inexpensive fix. He was professional and courteous and very patient with answering my questions and explaining what was going on. In the future, Joe Castro will be the group I will call for any plumbing needs.

Latest update. My tankless heater decided I didn’t need hot water during the coldest days this winter.
Thankfully Jason arrived to diagnose the problem. He ordered the parts and returned as soon as they came in. Today I have hot water and can spend more than 30sec in the shower. Another terrific job by the Joe Castro Plumbing team. Thank you!

Awesome customer service! I had a leak in the ceiling and they were able to quickly find the problem, walk me through what was going on and also check my other bathrooms to make sure they were working properly. It's hard to be a new homeowner but I felt I was in good hands. The whole process was made so simple and everyone were helpful. Would highly recommend Joe Castro plumbing to anyone!

Today I had my first experience with Joe Castro Plumbing. I was scheduled for a 2pm appointment today and was surprised when I received a call asking if I'd like to move my appt 2 hours earlier- what a pleasant surprise! Martin arrived and looked at our hot water heater. We were wondering if we needed to drain our 4 year old water heater. He recommended that we not do that and explained why. He also took the time to educate me re: outside areas that sometimes drip and if so, we may have to call Joe Castro Plumbing or an A/C company (depending which spout is leaking).

Martin was professional, very knowledgeable and customer focused. I will be calling them whenever we have plumbing issues.

After yrs with my plumber he retired. Haven't found one I liked in the last several yrs. I had and emergency with a water leak in a pipe in the attic. I was referred to Joe Castro Plumbing. From the time I called to explain what was going on they came out immediately. Fixed the problem and was reasonable. Very nice too. So happy I have found a good plumber. Highly recommend them.

From another plumbing company, I received a quote for a job in the amount of $9,019.16. I reached out to Joe Castro Plumbing and my concern was addressed and resolved for only $475.00. Mr. Castro's Technician, Jason was informative, kind and obviously correct in his assessment and remedy for the problem we had. The job was completed on March 6th. More than a few days have gone by now without any problems. By the way, I cannot say enough about Jason. Jason represents this company well. Very well.

Amazing service! Discovered major issues when installing a water softener in our newly purchased home. I was given Jason’s contact and he was out to our house ASAP. He was welcoming of all of my questions (and there were a lot) and heeding to my requests. Took the time to get to know me, my hubs and my dog, and got the work done quickly and correctly. This old house will require a lot more work coming up and we will definable be calling them back!

Called at 8 am repaired by noon.
Workmanship was fantastic, tech was so polite and his work was fast and clean.

I’m very happy I called Joe Castro’s Plumbing and I don’t like having to call a plumber! Choose them because they are literally in my neighborhood and was not interested in going with one of the “major” companies. So far they have been awesome, gone above and beyond and we haven’t even started the job. Based on the service I’ve gotten I’d highly recommend them.

I had a pex elbow that was leaking and in a difficult place to get to for repair.
Submitted a web form Sunday evening asking if they had any availability this week. I got a call first thing in the morning Monday and they were on site in 30 minutes. Their price was very fair and despite the fix being a little more complicated than expected, they kept their original estimate. Highly recommend.
